The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Beautiful studio with direct access to the large beach, 3 minutes from the halls, the center, the ports and the famous Vendée Globe channel while being very quiet in a listed residence on the Remblais. High-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult.
