Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard

We're surprised by the quality of the space. For once, the reality was better than the photos. Really comfortable, great outdoors (with geese coming forward when you approach their enclosure😉). In addition ,you have access to a beach by a path through the forest ,as well as walking or cycling. Really a good location. For your information,the cottage will expand to accommodate 10 people,and given the quality of the current cottage,I imagine that the extension will be up to par...

The accommodation is perfect, well placed and very clean. Our hosts are very kind, attentive to our requests. We really enjoyed staying at this place. We recommend it.

very well located accommodation near the sea and city center we did not use our vehicle except to go to the supermarket. we were quiet a real pleasure this fireplace during this time of January

Cathy, we were very well received. She gave us useful information about our arrival. She remained available when needed. The accommodation offers a plethora of useful equipment for barbecue, coffee and other. The spa was clean and functional. I recommend the house. There were 8 of us with 3 small children. PS: The garden is beautiful

My family and I had a great time at Aurore's place. The house is large, tastefully decorated. The outside is large and safe for the kids. Too bad the weather wasn't at the appointment to be able to enjoy the pool. We would recommend this listing!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. We spent a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We leave with memories in our heads... We will come back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

Very clean/pleasant accommodation and conveniently located. Close to all shops (bakeries, en primeurs, butchers, bar,restaurants,...). Accommodation close to Veillon beach. Nice walk to do in the woods to reach the port of Bourgenay. The owners are very welcoming and easy and fast communication.
