We had a fabulous time at Estelle’s place and hope to return next year. It is well located and enjoys a view of the harbour and out to sea from the balcony. We cycled around the area and found Jard-sur-Mer quiet and relaxing. Admittedly it was early May, so quieter than high season, but it felt a pretty chilled place. Thank you Estelle for everything.

We had a great vacation! Well-appointed, practical accommodation, and with a view of the port that delighted us. The restaurant next door made us happy, and the possibilities of walks to "eliminate" too. We had only one day of bad weather in 2 weeks, and enjoyed the possibility of closing the balcony, while continuing to enjoy the landscape. Thank you for the nice place.

Danielle is a very nice person in communication and very welcoming, so is her husband. This with small touches, coffee, salt, pepper oil and more, in the bathroom of the shower gel product, shampoo. We had a great night. The environment is very pleasant. We're going back . Thank you 🙏

We highly recommend this listing . Exceptional location with a beautiful view of the port. Restaurants just a stone's throw away. The apartment is really very well decorated, very clean, very well designed to be able to spend a few days being completely disoriented. Fabien is very available and very responsive. In short, a place not to be missed😉. Thank you for allowing us to have a very good short stay.

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. The only downside, but not Mireille's responsibility, was that the large pool slides were closed "because it was low season". However, the pool was very busy, it's a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The nearby mini-golf is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Overnight stay in this pleasant studio located in a very nice forest estate. The pool made you want to dive in, but time wasn't right. Jard sur Mer is worth a visit!

Françoise is a very welcoming person. Her accommodation is very pleasant with a magnificent view. I recommend it without hesitation.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

We had 4 days just wonderful, this apartment is a real gem! The sea view from the terrace to the 4 corners of the accommodation and even the shower is just stunning! Total change of scenery guaranteed, we will come back without hesitation! In addition, Alain is very responsive if needed. Everything was perfect!

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!
