Private suite holiday rentals in Saint Thomas

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

Casa Azul was an amazing tidy place to stay at. Amber was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed her. The front yard spacious and on the porch you can sit if you wanted to. What was even better was the back porch which already had tables and chairs available to sit. Here you're overlooking and seeing water and can see the sunrise. Bathroom was nice and tidy. There's a sofa couch! The internet was decent and there was already Netflix attached to it to use. super plus! She had everything available: extra towels, beach chairs, life vest, coolers, lamp, etc. It was great. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent again. It was the perfect, peaceful spot and still really close to town.

Such a beautiful resort! The room was exactly as described! Our room allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean! There was a minor issue regarding the room that was purchased during check in (had nothing to do with the host) but the staff were lovely and sorted out the issue right away! Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time staying overnight in Culebra, so we were unsure where to stay on the island. The house is very conveniently located to all we wanted to do while in Culebra. It was great to see the planes taking off from the airport and the boats in the bay. There is a cook top and a grill, but no oven, just in case you want to cook/bake something while there. You can never use enough bug spray. I probably have over 100 mosquito bites from our time there. Apply, reapply, and apply again! Get a Jeep / Bronco for your visit to get the most out of the island and to visit all of the great beaches. The hill to the house is a little steep and might be harder for a golf cart to make it up there. While the neighbors are close to the house, we didn't have any issues with them or hear any noise from their homes. Normally, we aren't a fan of homes close to each other, but we didn't have any issues at all. It was very comfortable for two adults. Looking forward to our next trip there!

This was a great place for a break from sailing if you needed some time with your feet on the ground. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside is you need to be reasonably healthy to walk up from the dinghy dock and beach area as the road is quite steep, which we were advised beforehand. All in all, a wonderful experience with both Bob and the place.

Extremely easy to work with and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. The only thing slightly off was that the key didn’t fit in the lockbox, so when we arrived it was on top (my girlfriend was a little concerned with this since it was late). Owner communicated to express this issue quickly and we were all set. Would stay again, thank you!

Wonderful place, great value! Best to put in "St. Thomas Yacht Club" for directions and at the Sign stay to the right, White entrance with pink doors on left. The street name will take you too far. Would definitely stay again, the grounds are lovely.

Amber’s place is in a nice location. Close to several resorts and the Red Hook downtown. Easily accessible to most places on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

As everyone says, it is a climb up the hill on a 4x4 but once at the top there is a great view looking down at the harbor and across the island. That is certainly the highlight of this stay. We mostly hung out and ate outside on the covered porch. The upstairs is a loft with both beds, so no privacy, but plenty of room. The stairs are bit steep and winding and I think you might have to duck your head a little (I'm 6 ft). This wasn't a problem for us, but might be a concern for others. We ate dinners out, so the kitchen was fine for us, but not really set-up for cooking a full dinner. The area was quiet; no nearby morning roosters during our stay. Everyone in the family really enjoyed staying here and we'd happily stay here again.

Julie and John's place was everything we needed and were looking for. It was a lovely spot situated in a very private setting with extraordinary views. the apartment was clean, comfortable and has a great screened in porch where we spent most of our time watching the water and birds. It was a short drive into Cruz bay and centrally located to drive to North shore or the East side of the island. We toured the entire island with the help of pointers and suggestions for our hosts but they also allowed us our privacy. I would definitely stay at the Sugarbird House again!

Carl is a great host. Carl was able to pick up and drop me off at the airport. He was able to transport to various locations including the Village. I was there for a week to play Mas in St. Thomas Carnival and he was giving me history and tips about the island. Great communication with him during my entire stay. The place was cute and was a great space and fit for me. I was able to use the washer and dryer and the gym. Carl and his wife allowed to watch the fireworks from the gorgeous porch. I was able to cook my breakfast and heat up my food. Since the weather was pretty cool during that week, I didn't have to always use the fan because of the breeze. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to eat any of the mangos due to not being ripe yet. :-) I would visit Carl and the Airbnb in the future. :-)

This place is truly paradise.!!! The views are incredible of Brewers Bay from the living room & balcony. Heather was a super host. She referred the best restaurants in the area, hiking trails to see the bat caves, day charters & excursions. We took a boat out a couple days visiting Soggy & Foxy’s at Yost, Copper, Sandy Spit, the Bathes, Willy T’s & snorkeled with turtles. Highly recommend! Will be back soon… From FL we took Delta into St Thomas and ferry to Tortola. Next time will take AA into Tortola to avoid the ferry.

Spectacular view; absolutely stunning!! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The property was quintessential St. Thomas with beautiful plants all around.

Great stay as always...

Limetree is a quiet gem on St Thomas. The facilties were well maintained and the staff was always helpful. I liked that I did not have to go through a main lobby every time I entered and left the hotel. Offered a great deal of privacy and quiet. The views of the turquoise Caribbean from various vantage points were truly soothing. While the hotel is not located in Charlotte Amalie, it offers an opportunity to see more of the island on your drive to the hotel.

Great value. You can hang there everyday and enjoy the pool or you can jump to a different beach every day or your 10 minutes to the ferry and head to st John’s. That’s what we did. I do wish they would improve the shuttle service. Of course the sorghum is awful but that’s an environmental issue that desperately needs to be addressed at a higher level. Over all, i would recommend.

One of the nicest hosts I've ever had! Carl went so far out of his way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions that we had. He helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. He was available with suggestions and information every day. The house was clean and looked as advertised. The outdoors was definitely the highlight. If you like to sit outside I highly recommend this place. Things to consider however, there is only AC in the bedrooms. This makes the kitchen/living essentially unusable during the day because it's too hot. There is also no WiFi so unless you have AT&T you may not have service. Finally, the mattresses are really old. So, if you have a back injury or any issues with sleeping this may not be the place for you. Another thing not advertised, there is a separate studio apartment and a pull out couch- both queen, so the apartment can potentially fit 4 more people. However, those places don't have AC so we didn't utilize them. Overall, you can fit 7 people but only 3 would have air conditioning.

Our stay at the Oceanview property at Frenchman’s Bay was incredible! We stayed here from May 19 to 24, and it was perfect. The place was just like the photos. The rooms were spotless and beautifully kept, making it a truly relaxing escape. The host, Kurt, was excellent—very communicative and checked in often, so we always felt informed and never caught off guard. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with a stunning view and a responsive host, this is it. We would stay here again! Alice and family

Great stay

We loved our stay at Margaritaville. The resort was beautiful and the pools were relaxing. We enjoyed the live music at night. The laundry was free and the golf cart rides to our room were fun. The bed was so comfortable and we loved sitting out on our patio to watch the sunset in the evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Matt. We would love to stay in this paradise again in the future.
