Very welcoming house and hosts, well-equipped, spacious, with soothing decor, very well located to access the city center of Quiberon on foot while being quiet. We had a great extended weekend with the family.

excellent 4-day stay at Guy's superb house, very well located and close to shops and restaurants. Many hiking trails around the Ria d'Etel. We took advantage of the terrace which is very well surrounded. Many visits around 20, 25 km To be repeated with great pleasure.

Perfect for this family weekend but it lacks a bathroom. We were 7 adults and the bathtub in the bedroom under the roof trusses is difficult after a certain age... The house is very well-equipped and very clean. We found it unfortunate to have to wait 15 minutes before our arrival when we had followed the procedure to notify 30 minutes before. But it was a detail. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We were delighted to meet Tiphanie, a charming and available person! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious and very clean. The instructions are very clear in terms of equipment. Tiphanie put us at ease right away with her joy in welcoming us! She advised us on a lot of places to visit or walk. The location of the house is well located in relation to the places to visit. The best, we were really happy in every way with the place and the host. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time with us. The house is cozy, well equipped, and the sea view is just amazing. Big plus for the garden with stairs overlooking the beach, kayaks available, barbecue... We will come again

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view of the port, matches the photos. Small downside, access by steep and narrow stairs. check-in instructions not given by Airbnb or late, therefore difficult to find the garage. Thanks to Virginie for being responsive.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and the surrounding area are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. The only problem is that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. For us, it wasn't a problem, but it might be for others. Otherwise the apartment is great, large, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We were delighted with our rental and the discovery of the city and the nearby islands. The house is very spacious, the balconies pleasant. In the evening on the street side, there is entertainment, so noise quite late, even very late. The twin bedroom, the mattresses need to be reviewed. A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese and fish shop), Céline's house is a peaceful haven. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we spent a long weekend with the family that was quite ideal. I will just specify the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was present to answer the small questions of the arrival. Nothing to say, just to enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a very good stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and especially the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites you to rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities of walking from the house. We felt "at home".
