Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint Peter

We have just returned from a week at Enoko’s place in PSC and it was one of the most glorious weeks we have spent in Barbados. The apartment is perfectly positioned tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and has every amenity you need for your stay. It even had a microplaner to shave fresh nutmeg into our rum punches! We enjoyed many homemade meals on the verandah overlooking the stunning harbour. Sunset view over the harbour is particularly special, especially with a dip in your own plunge pool. The apartment finishes are high end. Linens were luxurious and US king size beds superbly comfortable. New AC and fans in every room and we also enjoyed the doors open to the warm wind. Lots to do in PSC for families and adults alike. The beach is spectacular, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Bars and restaurants in PSC are buzzy and convenient. Enoko is an absolute gentleman and has been so responsive and helpful since the start. We would hands down book his PSC apartment again.

We had the most amazing stay at Neil's place and would go back in a heartbeat! The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and clean with everything that you require. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk to Mullins Beach and lovely restaurants. There is a local shop down the road where you can buy small bits that you require, the bigger supermarket is approx. a 5 min drive away. Neil was super responsive and organised for a lovely taxi driver, called Kenmore, who took us to and from the airport. We can't wait to visit again!

What a shocking Barbados experience, in the very best sense! Jan’s property is owned and operated by genuine hospitality professionals and it shows! My arrival was overseen with unexpected service and a welcome stock of many food basics to settle me in with relief and joy (including items that are nearly impossible to find on store shelves lately). Immaculate with cleaning services every few days. Maintenance is a top priority, evident in the functionality of appliances and plumbing fixtures, which can suffer in the tropics. The pool and patio area also perfectly maintained, functional and stocked. Jan’s “right hand,” Sandra, is godsent…. Warm, incredibly hard working, friendly, available and extraordinarily skilled. I understand why Jan has loyal return guests! I hope to be fortunate enough to join their ranks.

We have stayed in a number of places on the island, but Ashanti 6 is now our ‘go to place’. It is very peaceful and beautifully located. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very spoilt by the housekeeper who came in every 4 days to clean, change the bed linen and towels. The pool is an added bonus perfect to relax in and accessed directly from the apartment balcony. Jacqui, the property manager was amazing going above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful 3 weeks, that we are already booking our stay for 2026! Thank you ☺️

My third stay at sunset sands says it all really! Excellently located close to several beaches and many local bars & restaurants the accommodation is well laid out, has great WiFi & aircon, super large comfy bed and everything you might need for your stay. Most importantly, your experience is enhanced by friendly and supportive staff right from first communication through to looking after you during your stay. I’d like to especially thank Alysia and Margaret once again for helping ensure my holiday was hassle free & ran as smoothly as possible.

Excellent 2 week stay at this amazing apartment. It has everything you need and more. Spacious fully equipped, air conditioned apartment. We loved the private pool and garden. Was wonderful to sit on the terrace and were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys. And Mullins beach is only two minutes down the steps. We went there a lot. Also so handy to have a shower at the gate to the complex when coming back from the beach. Would recommend Adrian's Bar if you like a more authentic Caribbean bar. Loved the area as it was more closer to what we like about the Carribbean. Some of Barbados is a bit too developed with high end restaurants and hotels. Unlike our previous experience in the region in Guadeloupe and Martinique. We bypassed the overpriced places and went to Bomba's restaurant with a view that is hard to beat. Also Caboose beach bar in Speightstown has great Fish cutters. The Jamaican Jerk place is also brilliant. Overall a fabulous apartment in a great location

This truly felt like a home away from home—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right there. The compound was spacious and peaceful, and even though the apartment is close to the shared pool, we were never disturbed by noise. While the beach directly in front of the apartment wasn’t ideal, the location is perfect and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches and restaurants between Holetown and Speightstown if you have a rental car. We did run into a small issue with the entry code and figuring out how to lock the apartment, but Becky and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. Also, a helpful tip: if you’re getting cold water in the shower, make sure the water heater by the washer is switched on! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

We loved this tastefully decorated and restful Villa and have already booked it for next year. Chanel and her team were so helpful, proactive and caring. She even came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend the stay. Pool was lovely and quiet and the people we met around Schooner Bay were very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a great stay for us as a group of 7. you had everything you wished for, plenty of space and privacy for everyone, practical kitchen and functional bathrooms. also being walking distance from one the nicest beach on the island - Heywoods beach - is a great plus!

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Sweetwater was a beautiful well appointed home that provided a clean, safe, peaceful getaway for our friend group. It had everything we needed! We would recommend it for large families or friend groups.

Very good position across from a beautiful beach. Sun loungers provided to take with us and beach towels. Donna is lovely and communication was easy. The garage nearby was reasonably priced for essentials. I would recommend CCs on a Monday night, lovely food and good entertainment, we danced on the beach! A trip to Speightstown is also a must do ..try Kaboose for a fish cutter lunch.

Rachel is a very responsive person to deal with. She helped with everything thing I could possibly need. I never has someone so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This is my second visit and I can't wait to return. The Villa is a home with space and everything one could possibly need. So close to the beach and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and quiet.

Turtle Reef has been my lengthy stay in Barbados for many years. We refer to it as our home from home. The decor is totally my taste and is totally conducive to why it suits myself and my special needs daughter. John and Shirley are the perfect hosts.

We had a great stay at Tropical Escape. Rodney’s apartment is located in a nice residential area within a very short walk to Heywoods beach and also to Speightstown and its attractions. The apartment is very well equipped, with a powerful shower, ceiling fans , fast internet and a comfortable living area. Air conditioner is available in the bedroom at an extra cost, but we found we didn’t need it as fans are provided. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal- includes a blender, coffee maker, gas cooker and a decent sized fridge. Rodney is a great host- responsive, proactive and knowledgeable He made us feel very welcome. The next time we’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area we’ll definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, we felt comfortable straightaway. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The buses pass right by and the yellow buses you can just put your hand out and they stop. For 3 bananas dollars fifty, which is roughly £1.30, you can travel as far as the bus goes. Restaurants we loved Local and co in Speighstown, the fish pot just past same. SeaCat and Tides in Holetown were lovely. I have to say that I lost the safe key and got onto Katie, who asked Ann her ‘fixer’ to come round. It all happened very quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost with a lock smith. Thanks Ann and Katie. Would highly recommend this apartment.

This place is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous apartment with amazing views. The pool and the beach just outside the gates are really nice and you’ll get a perfect view of the sunsets from the private rooftop terrace. We didn’t cook much but found there wasn’t much for condiments or spices to use, just salt and pepper. The housekeeper came once during our stay to wash towels and change the sheets which was nice too.

The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Ashli clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome, with plenty of essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach and just a short walk to the wonderful restaurants in Speightstown, making it the perfect spot to explore the area.

We really loved our stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you would need and more. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all fitted out to the highest standard. It was ideally located for us with a 5 minute walk to Mullins beach and local bars/restaurants. A 10 minute stroll into Speightstown and a 15 drive/bus into Holetown. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return

Speightstown is a fabulous spot on the island. Michael’s place is close to everything you need all in walking distance. The balcony was our favourite place for morning coffee and evening cocktails while watching a beautiful sunset. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Michael.

The home was comfortable, the amenities gave us what we needed, the location is great, the price is right, and Kalista is amazing. We had newborns with us, and in addition to managing the property it turned out she was available to help with daycare and the babies loved her! Plus a 8-10 min walk to one of the best restaurants on the island with plenty of others nearby.

Sandy View was a beautifully furnished and well appointed condo with ample space for 3 couples. The views from the balcony across the beach were stunning. Volney was fantastic and got us some shopping in for our arrival as the supermarkets were closed early on the Sunday. She serviced the condo regularly and promptly address an issue with the hot water. The booking process was easy and Richard was really helpful before we arrived offering advice on transportation and restaurants. The beach was lovely but be sure to go to Heywood’s beach just 10 mins walk from the condo to the right. Two supermarkets close by were great. I would recommend Baia, Local&Co snd Sand Street Bistro as well as the pizzas at Orange Street Grocer. Pier One about a 1 mile walk right from the condo offers lovely sunbeds and a pool free if you eat there. I would highly recommend @Shasacatamarancruises for a private charter to snorkel and swim with turtles with your food and bar included. Really good value.

5 Star experience start to finish. The description and photos are an exact representation of the unit. The Host (Alleyne Real Estate) was incredibly responsive and first class. They gave us a personal Concierge (Danielle) who booked our transfers and made all of our dinner reservations--all great choices with detailed descriptions of each. Chris, our property manager came to visit us at check-in and responded immediately to any questions we had and Josh from the home office checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with everything. The location in St Peter's Bay is conveniently located between Speitstown and Holetown on the Platinum Coast in a gated beachfront complex that also offers a bar and restaurant. We will be back!
