Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans notre gîte familial, situé en Bretagne sud, près du Golfe du Morbihan, entièrement rénové en 2022 et classé 4 étoiles. Piscine couverte et chauffée de mai à septembre dans le jardin clos de murs pour les baignades paisibles, restaurants, commerces et plages à proximité, tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Afin de préserver le calme du quartier et par respect pour les voisins (dont nous faisons partie!), fêtes et soirées sont strictement interdites.

Fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen, living/sitting room with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 190) with office area (fiber-optic Wi-Fi access) and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room. New quality bedding. Linen not provided except as an option at extra cost – see below. No cleaning option.

Riding on the beach at the equestrian center less than a mile away. the dunes and the forest to escape to the sun or shade. 5 minutes from Saint Jean de Mont ( L 'estacade, its beaches where sailing is practiced,its markets,its casino, its golf course, etc.). 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie,its pretty port and shops. A vacation of dreams.

Amandine, Caroline and Sébastien present their family home. To keep it after the death of our dad, we decided to share it with you. It is ideally located facing the wild coast with a floor that has just been completely redone, with 2 additional bedrooms, a superb sea view, swimming pool from June to the end of September. Pretty recent blackmoutrine house. All comforts, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise.
