Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

Throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and we would stay again. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (3yr and 1 yr). The pool is so lovely and gets sun all day. Partial shade in the afternoon which was good to keep kids out of the sun but still playing in the pool. Walkable into St Jean de Luz which we loved. Amazing beach (with kids playground on the beach!). The house also had a beach umbrella and a beach mat (single). The house had some toys which the kids loved. Boulangerie’s close by - a few minutes cycle down or a short walk. Property as described, slightly bigger in person than the pictures looked so that was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice house but a little noisy (road)

Small townhouse in a small complex with 36 houses. It is almost invisible through the fences and many plants. You can sit comfortably on the wooden terrace under the trees. The house is clear, but furnished with style. Everything was very clean and a basic set of hygiene items was also there. There was nothing missing! Only the beds are quite hard. The beach is about 600m away. We give the house and Catherine five stars. We felt very comfortable there!

A big thank you to Chantal and her husband for their rare friendly welcome, their precious advice that allowed us to spend 3 incredible days in the region, and their pleasant house in which everything was done to make us feel at home. The furniture is great, a beautiful terrace/garden to spend meals or evenings, everything was clean and the house well-equipped. Chantal makes sure her guests have everything they need! We will remember our stay for a long time and will be happy to come back. Thanks again 😊

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

The house is super modern and had ample space for our group of 12. It's also a big plus that we were able to travel with our dog. The pool as well as the terrace area were not equally clean opposite the interior. However, there was also a lot of pollen dust during our arrival. We highly recommend the house! We spent super cool days in Seignosse and would be happy to come back.

The house is incredibly nice and beautiful. The garden in particular is fantastic. Lush and beautiful. The pool is large and fresh. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a large parasol for shade. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could imagine, and a little more...

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sama! Very nice welcome from Audrey and Martial who are also very responsive. The house was very clean and perfect for a family holiday. I recommend it without a second thought so I can enjoy the Basque coast.

Beautiful villa in a quiet environment! The villa is beautiful, very practical, each room has its own bathroom and toilet which facilitate the autonomy of each during the stay. The equipment is of high quality and everything is done to ensure that the stay is in the best conditions. Our stay here (3 days) went very well!

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

Beautiful place. The view from the upper apartment is amazing. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is very clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The heated pool is really nice on colder days.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

I had a truly commendable stay at Marta’s house in Hondarribia. The place is beautiful, full of charm, and located in a lovely area. Marta is a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning. While this was clearly mentioned in the description and I was fine with it, the last few nights were a bit warm and could be uncomfortable for some guests visiting in summer. Additionally, the shower towels provided were quite worn and not of the best quality, so I’d recommend bringing your own for added comfort. That said, the overall experience was still excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and hospitality of Hondarribia.

What a lovely house - and beautiful garden with swimming pool. The house is equipped with beautiful stuff, beautifully decorated and very clean and tidy. Émilie is a super host. Very friendly, helpful and with nice tips for the area.

We had a great time at Lily and Patrick's ecolodge who are warm, available and responsive hosts. The accommodation, very comfortable, perfectly matches our expectations and the description of the listing and offers all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the terraces of the house allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and pool. The good location of the house allowed us to discover both the Landes and the Basque country and to fully enjoy the surrounding activities. We would recommend Lily and Patrick's villa and will be back without hesitation.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and had the most beautiful time staying at this lovingly designed place. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is a nice breakfast spot on the east side of the house and a nice terrace on the west side overlooking the pool and the surrounding fields up to the mountains. The pool is wonderful and very large and we spent a lot of time there in the shade of the large trees. A beautiful place, which we are very happy to recommend.

Isabelle was very welcoming and available. with a little special touch on arrival: a delicious Basque cake! The house is perfectly furnished with three bedrooms with closets, which is very convenient for storing clothes. The environment is extremely quiet, with a wood that allows you to have shade and coolness. And above all, not overlooked! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it in a second!

Arthur is a very nice and responsive host from the time of booking. He was very welcoming on arrival with clear information about the accommodation and the outdoor environment. The house is very nice, modern, clean, bright, very nice ceiling height in the living room and the bay windows overlooking the garden are very nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to both the Basque Country (Biarritz, Biadard, Bayonne, etc.) and the Landes (Hossegor, etc.). Also, if you have children they will be delighted to benefit from many board games and toys ;-) Finally the house is located in a small very quiet village and with excellent shops (second world medal cheese maker), wine shop, baker, butcher…. In a word, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without a second thought! Thanks again Arthur for letting us have such a pleasant stay!

Sophie's house is extremely nice and we spent 2 weeks there. The plan is very well thought out (it's his job) and combined with the view of the outdoors, the feeling of space is real. The decoration in neutral tones is very successful and soothing, it is designed to operate in any season including winter which is very cozy in the house. In addition, it is very functional and daily maintenance is very easy. The environment is very quiet and no nuisance nearby. The situation in Arcangues offers the advantage of being able to enjoy multiple activities: countryside, sea, mountain. Biarritz is really very close. Finally, Sophie is a host with whom contact is very fluid and pleasant, she is attentive and looking for what could improve the stay. To summarize a great experience that we are delighted with.
