Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

My friends and I had a lovely weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

Emmanuelle’s place warrants all the 5* reviews, including my own. It is an incredibly comfortable and beautiful house - they have really thought through everything a guest needs. For example, a storm caused some electricity microcuts and not only had they shown me the breaker box, but everything is clearly labeled so it was a 2 minute fix. They really think ahead. The house is also in a spectacular setting and it is an amazing house to relax with family. An added plus is the AC - you don’t need it most of the time, but when you do, you do, and it’s refreshingly powerful. Emmanuelle and her parents are so welcoming, they brought us a gorgeous box of their own veggies from their garden as well as some local treats, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. I really can’t say enough positive about this house, the area and the hosts. 12/10.

Very beautiful villa, even prettier than in the photo, which allowed us to have a wonderful family stay. Very good support from Hossegor Villas, it makes you want to come back :)

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

We loved our stay at Julie's beautiful gite! The gite is fully equipped, lots of privacy and space, the garden is great, the pool and the jacuzzi pure luxury and the views and tranquility magical. Highly recommended. The hostesses were super friendly, helpful and took care of everything. Beautiful surroundings, close to the beautiful beaches, st jean de luz center and the mountains.

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

Relaxing and soothing stay in the middle of nature. Nearby beach, about 40 min walk because the nearest is for naturists. There's everything you need to have a good time. Thanks again.

Communication and hospitality was perfect, very appreciated kindness and kindness. The location is amazing, once the suitcases are packed, everything is easily done on foot. The view from the deck is fantastic. The quality of the bedding is very good and the place is tastefully decorated. EVERYTHING comes together for a very pleasant stay and create wonderful memories.

Annie was there to welcome us & was very pleasant. The flat was in a good location for the beach & restaurants. The flat was ideal for myself & my husband and had everything we needed. As it overlooks the main street my only question would be if it would be noisy later at night.

We had a great stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home: everything is perfectly thought out, nothing is missing. The garden is splendid, a true haven of peace. Reading in a deckchair, listening only to the birds singing, with the soothing sound of church bells in the distance, is simply magical. And what can I say about the hosts: welcoming, friendly and really very nice, they greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. A place where you can fully recharge. We had a great stay in this charming Basque house, ideal for family holidays. The house is spacious, well-equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The environment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect, close to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, San Sebastian and amenities. Stéphane was an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully quiet at the end of the property. It is equipped with everything you need. The stay with the dog was very pleasant because it is possible to reduce the dog through a fence on the part of the property. The terrace is superbly located, with good amenities and beautiful views. The French Basque Country is a feast for the eyes and many excursion destinations are easily accessible from the apartment. I found Stéphane to be very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent the apartment again if I were in this area again.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!
