Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a lovely stay, the house is very nice, everything was clean, tidy and the house is very well-equipped. A big + for all the children's games available that were useful for our 2-year-old daughter on a rainy day. ☺️ We recommend this place for a lovely summer vacation. ☀️

We had a lovely family stay in St Palais. The accommodation was very good, well located not far from the sea and the Trail des Douaniers, perfect for reaching the beaches and walking with the dogs. We also received a great welcome from Agnès 🙂

Laetitia is a very friendly and responsive host. Clean house, convenient for groups (near Rancho for partygoers😊). Residential area, nice unheated pool but with a dome that keeps the heat well despite everything.

Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. Very nice place, well thought out accommodation with the raised terrace overlooking the pool and a peaceful and beautiful view. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner but in view of our exchanges by message I found the person very pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation to people wishing to visit or enjoy the beach which is not far away. Thank you Cecile for this beautiful place that suited us very well. We spent a few days in the accommodation offered by Nolwenn and one thing is for sure, we will be back! The studio is very well located. It is close to various small villages and the first beaches are not too far away, but it remains in a fairly remote corner to enjoy the calm offered by the surrounding nature. There are beautiful walks and many visits to make in the region. To return to the studio, it is perfectly furnished and equipped. Its terrace offers a beautiful advantage to enjoy its meals and evenings in the open air. Finally, Nolwenn was a very pleasant host, smiling, available, responsive and gave good advice. Thanks again for your wonderful welcome!

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. Thank you Bernadette for sharing your house with us. We loved it.

Very nice house, well decorated and functional; close to the city center and the beach: 10 min walk through the park. location 200m from the super u store without the inconvenience of car traffic. in short, a very good stay.

We had a great stay at Virginie's. The contact was uncomplicated, the area offers beautiful bike paths, the cottage is functional and lovingly furnished. Anytime again!!!

The house is modern, yet cozy. The garden is very beautiful, the flowers all smell wonderful. The kitchen was also well equipped and the beds were very cozy. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. We felt very comfortable and welcome for a short stay of two nights with our small children and dog. A lot of new houses are being built in the area. Therefore, sometimes some construction noise could be heard, but it was no longer audible with the windows closed. Great value for money and nice landlords. We highly recommend the place.

Very nice house, well arranged and well located (downtown is quickly accessible by bike or car). Nothing is missing in terms of amenities and the heated pool is a real plus. We had a great vacation there, and we have very good memories of it. The concierge "La loge d'Alexa" was very professional. She answered all our questions, even last-minute ones. She gave us very good recommendations (bike rental, surfing lessons, family activities, etc.). She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, and we thank her. We'll be happy to go back for a successful stay!

We were 2 couples of friends + our children at Isabelle's. The house is very well equipped and functional, perfectly clean (recently refurbished) and very convenient with children with its fully fenced garden. Isabelle is a very pleasant and clear host, booking was easy to make. The location is nice, in a suburban area very close to the beach of the Saint-Palais-sur-Mer office. Recommended!

Having come several times to Vaux sur Mer on Airbnb, this accommodation is the best. What more can I say, Benoît TOP, accommodation with all amenities, close to the beaches, even if I don't go there. I would recommend it!
