Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Perfect place, Everything is within walking distance, from the seafood restaurant to the bakery as well as the coastal path for a total change of scenery guaranteed. The best with this sea view and views of the Cordouan lighthouse... We'll go back for sure.

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

We had a lovely family stay in St Palais. The accommodation was very good, well located not far from the sea and the Trail des Douaniers, perfect for reaching the beaches and walking with the dogs. We also received a great welcome from Agnès 🙂

Comfortable accommodation, large pleasant and bright studio with sea views. The city center is accessible on foot quite quickly, especially very pleasant by the sea. Isabelle is very responsive in short we had a lovely stay at her place and in St Palais in general.

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!
