The "L'Atlantique 1" apartment is located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (bars and restaurants), 300 m from the submarine base (Escal'atlantic) and the port, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, shops, cinema and theater. The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
