SEA VIEW #SAINT NAZAIRE Beautiful 100 m2, luxury, on the top floor. Refurbished in June 2019. SEA VIEW…. Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint-Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How can you not fall in love with such a place? On the 2nd floor of a small building with only 3 apartments. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living room facing the sea with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room, toilet. Very bright.

The "L'Atlantique 1" apartment is located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (bars and restaurants), 300 m from the submarine base (Escal'atlantic) and the port, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, shops, cinema and theater. The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom (160 bed), living room (140 sofa bed), separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

Located in Saint-Nazaire Ouest, 5 minutes from the beaches, this 21m² studio offers all the comforts you need to spend a peaceful few days by the sea. Ideally located, a Lidl is at the foot of the residence (1 minute walk), a laundry, a pharmacy, a shopping center, fastfoods (Dominos), are within a radius of less than 300 meters. Nearby bus stops go to St-Marc-Sur-Mer and its beaches, Pornichet, La Baule, as well as St-Nazaire's train station and beaches.

I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.

Vue magnifique et emplacement rare sur la plage de Villès Martin au pied du chemin des douaniers allant jusqu'à Pornichet en passant par StMarc sur mer . Petit nid douillet, à deux pas du très joli remblai de Saint Nazaire et ses pêcheries, avec une terrasse de 16 m2. Venez vous relaxer et profiter de cet emplacement exceptionnel à StNazaire , flâner le long des criques bordées de végétation et descendre prendre un bain quand bon vous semble.
