Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

This was the most epic stay ever in an Airbnb apartment. Brantes is a super cute gem situated in a valley but still accessible and sun through the day. A couple of great restaurants beside that served great local food. Thank you for having us!

Dom był czysty i zadbany a w rzeczywistości prezentuje się nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Z jednej z sypialni i z tarasu przed wejściem rozpościera się piękny widok na okolicę. Dom stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową, jeśli ktoś chce zwiedzić region czy np. kanion a dzięki atrakcjom takim jak basen, play station, rzutki, ping pong czy piłkarzyki jest także świetnym miejscem odpoczynku z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi.

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

De locatie is prachtig, met een geweldig uitzicht! Het huisje is heel rustig gelegen en heeft een grote tuin met veel groen. Heerlijk tot rust komen hier, onze batterijen zijn helemaal opgeladen. De communicatie met Paul ging zeer vlot, hij was gemakkelijk te bereiken. Let op, je moet een steil, smal pad omhoog wandelen voor je aan het huisje komt (de auto kan niet vlakbij geparkeerd worden). Paul stond klaar om te helpen onze bagage naar boven te dragen dus voor ons geen probleem, maar niet ideaal als je niet goed te been bent. Pluspunt: je krijgt voor dat korte klimmetje dus wel een oase van rust in de natuur, aan de voet van de citadel. Ik kan de accommodatie alleen maar aanraden.

Edwina’s farmhouse in the French countryside was truly magical a very special place in the heart of the Luberon region. The farmhouse has fantastic views and everything you need for a quiet peaceful relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Christelle’s beautiful home. Check in was smooth, the villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is idyllic, we fell in love with Lacoste. Such a picturesque and peaceful town. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for having us.

A charming flat on a quiet and accessible street in beautiful Aix. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was easy to find and a short walk to all the great locations of Aix. The flat is sunny and bright, with a historic church right out the window. You have everything you need in this flat, and no clutter of things you don’t need. Feels like you are living in Provence (if even for a short few days). Would stay again on what will sure to be a return trip to this amazing ville.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Kris sehr genossen und können die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Zum Mas gehört ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Außerdem kann man auch den hübschen Innenhof nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten sehr gut und es ist sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 20 Min. im Ort, in dem es Bars, Restaurants, 2 Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Kris ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, gibt Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend, die viel Abwechslung bietet. Vielen Dank, Kris, und gerne à bientôt.

All was great and host was always close by and available. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and make meals at home. The AC worked perfectly when we needed it. Would recommend.

This was a fantastic AirBnB. Right in the city centre of Aix-en-Provence everything was walking distance. The place itself was very stylish and we felt right at home. The parking spot is also great, even though you have to walk 5 min to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this AirBnB.

We have perhaps 15 years of experience staying in Air BnB apartments and we can say without question that Salama is the very best host we've encountered. She took great care in designing and furnishing the apartment. It is lovely and comfortable , new and sparkling. The apartment was stocked with literally everthing we needed. Salama anticipated anything a guest might wish for and made sure to have it there. She met us when we arrived and took a good amount of time to orient us not only to the ins and outs of the apartment, but also to Aix and the surrounding area. She stocked the apartment with many helpful books and materials about the area, and made sure to mention a number of excellent restaurants in town. The apartment is in an excellent location in the center city, on a quiet street, an easy walk to everthing. It's a block and half from an inexpensive city parking garage which makes retaining a rental car trouble free. We could not have been happier with our stay.

This is an absolutely exceptional rental - the very best place I have stayed in many years of travel! The property is larger than in the photos, very tastefully decorated, equipped with high quality finishings, dishes, appliances, linens, etc. The yard is exceptional- views from the large pool are stunning. Very friendly and helpful hosts - always responsive and good natured! The sent us many recommendations that enhanced our stay. Flexible on check in and check out. What a dream stay -we really hope to be back one day soon !

We had a wonderful time - out every day, beautiful places to visit. Fontaine de la Vaucluse was magical, Roussillon was spectacular, every town had something going for it. And the countryside was equally beautiful, with walks everywhere.

A luxurious oasis in the middle of the Luberon. Within a 5-10 minutes drive are the stunning towns of Gordes, Joucas, Goult and Rousillon, with L'Isle sur la Sorgue about 15-20 mins away. The first four all have terrific boulangeries for the essential early morning croissants and coffee. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for group dining, indoors or out. The pool is the centre attraction (although slightly on the cool side), with outdoor table tennis and darts also adding to the fun. Lots of beds and chairs around the pool to capture the sun from all angles. We've left with very special memories shared with friends and family. Thank you

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit eben solcher Lage und gewaltiger Aussicht! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit auserlesenem Gepäck, hauseigenem Olivenöl und Wein empfangen. Auch den langen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Auf unsere Anliegen reagierte Valérie immer sofort.

Je recommande fortement cette maison pour se détendre dans un cadre très agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Les extérieurs sont aménagés avec gout et respect de la nature. Jean Patrice et Sandra sont des hôtes aux petits soins.

Séjour entre amis dans un cadre verdoyant au calme absolu, aucune habitation à l'horizon, idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou amis. La maison est formidable et très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables , la cuisine et la véranda parfaites. De nombreux recoins sont présents sur cet immense terrain qui vous permettra de partager de bons moments ( pétanque, piscine, feu de camp..) Merci à Eric et Michèle pour vos petites attentions pendant notre séjour et pour votre flexibilité pour notre heure d'arrivée, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Above expectations and beyond. The house is simply gorgeous, the heated pool is beautiful, and the garden between vineyards is picture-perfect. Our dog had a wonderful time, as the property is fenced in (with an electric gate you get the remote for), he could roam around without us worrying. The pool has an automatic cover that you can easily slide on and off, which gives a bit more security with little kids. The kitchen was stocked with amenities, the showers were comfortable and hot, and the area is so quiet and serene, we slept like babies. You have 100% privacy, while the owners are close when needed. Communication is quick and easy. Villedieu is about 20 mins walk, with a small supermarket that also has fresh bread in the morning. The Provençal market in Nyons on Sunday mornings is highly recommended (May - Sept).
