In the heart of the Rhône coast, ideal for visiting the Drôme Provençale, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, Mont Ventoux and discovering the wine route, we offer for rent a private individual mini villa of 32 m², composed of an individual entrance, 1 bedroom with TV (1 bed 140), bathroom with toilet. 19 m² room with kitchen area (oven, range hood, induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso). Private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicle with private entrance gate.

Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
