Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche

Excellent apartment, beautifully and artistically kept.. walkable distance from major attractions. Elise was very responsive and communicative. our family of 5 had a lovely time.

Carole is a superb host - very responsive and eager to make your stay wonderful. The apartment is in a great location, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. It’s exactly as described and highly recommendable. The wine cooler stocked with splendid local wines is a plus. The village, Gigondas is a fantastic location: you can start hiking right from the door and explore an authentic wine village afterward. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Carole’s place.

We were so excited to find “Le Jardin”. What a gem. It became our little secret in the heart of this lovely town, and we delighted in coming ‘home’ at the end of each day of tripping around the countryside. Free parking was conveniently just down the road, and with every kind of store one could need also only steps away, it was heaven. Don’t get me started on the weekly Saturday market! Beautiful fresh food of every description which we relished taking back to our private courtyard, where we had just about every meal. Great kitchen. A washing machine. Small but sparklingly clean bathroom. We loved all of it!

Yann et Jan sont des hôtes exceptionnels , l accueil, la gentillesse, la décoration, la propriété, les équipements...ce duplex bénéficie d une vue dégagée superbe . le lieux est juste INCROYABLE, les pierres, les poutres apparentes...l authencité du lieu fait qu'on s y sent extrêmement bien ! Yann a même décoré l'appartement pour notre anniversaire, c était très bien fait et avec beaucoup d attention. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et le village médiéval et les restaurants à proximité sont délicieux . c était une expérience hors du temps, un dépaysement total !

Séjour très agréable ! Logement correspondant à la description, et la baignoire est un vrai plus ! Kristen a su nous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter aux alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésitez son logement.

Le logement proposé par Marie jouit d’un emplacement de choix, au cœur du centre historique, dans un endroit calme. l'appartement a énormément de charme, La décoration est très soignée, très bien équipée, et très propre. parking gratuit" le refuge" à quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette belle adresse.

Le logement est idéalement situé. A proximité de la gare ferroviaire et routière , si on vient en voiture il y a de grands parkings gratuits. La palais des congrès est pas loin, on peut très facilement faire un spectacle ou concert et revenir à pieds. Il est en face d'un parc agréable et arboré. A côté des allées provençales là où se trouve un multitude de restaurants et bars. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit mais pas de soucis, elle se fait de façon autonome. Le logement est mignon, spacieux, et propre. Marie met à notre disposition une petite cuisine, frigo, plaque, four, cafetière. La communication avec l'hôte est clair et précise. Marie répond rapidement si nous avons des questions. Si l'occasion se présente j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Boendet var mycket fint arrangerat, men omsorg om alla material och detaljer. Sängen är skön, köket är välutrustat. Geneviève är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, trädgården doftar underbart och är trevlig med många olika sittplatser. Vi reste med tåg och hade några lugna dagar i byn med små promenader och cykelturer för att köpa färska grönsaker etc. Rekommenderar verkligen!

Tout était absolument parfait ! Le logement est incroyablement beau, décoré avec goût et très confortable. La localisation est idéale, proche de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’hôte a été d’une réactivité exemplaire, toujours disponible et attentionné. Nous recommandons ce logement sans la moindre hésitation et sommes ravis d’avoir pu y séjourner. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

très beau logement mais en arrivant l’herbe très hautes a gâché la beauté du lieu ( vraiment dommage car la maison est top ) commerce à proximité et belles balades

nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison 5 étoiles, un vrai paradis qu' on n' avait pas envie de quitter! Un bijou!

Kevin et Laetitia’s place is as close to “heaven on earth” as I’ve encountered in a long time! I am looking forward to trying to come back for a longer stay ASAP, it was absolutely incredible and as hosts, they were wonderful to work with. The interior is accommodating and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details and the exterior is a peaceful, divine oasis of comfort and pleasure. The surrounding areas are easy to access and everything was 10/10 wonderful! Merci beaucoup, Kevin & Laetitia!

Apartamento genial , todo muy cuidado y extremadamente limpio , me ha encantado, ubicació, Geoffroy es encantador , se respira paz , no nos faltó detalle, desde luego que lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados … y por supuesto que repetiremos la estancia !

Agréable séjour dans cette superbe maison ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😀 Aussi bien les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont très bien conçus et très agréables. Le petit village de saint paulet de caisson est très mignon et vivant (restaurant, boucherie, caviste, boulangerie…)

Wat een verrassende accommodatie! Een geweldig terras met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht, een heerlijk koel en bijzonder huis. Wij hebben genoten van de plek en de leuke originele ‘brocante-inrichting ‘. De brocante-markt op zondag in Carpentras is trouwens een aanrader! Séguret is ook het bezoeken waard en zo zijn er nog talloze leuke dorpjes in de buurt! Avignon is maar een half uur rijden. De wandeling naar het kerkje (St. Hilaire) aan de overkant op de berg (je kunt het vanaf het terras zien) is prachtig en ook goed te doen! Kortom een vette aanrader!!

Sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartment. Es war top ausgerüstete (vorallem Küche und Badzimmer). Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr gut zu Fuss nach Grignan Stadtzentrum. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss. Keine Parkplätze beim Appartment.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit spektakulären Ausblick und erfrischendem Pool. Geeignet zum Erkunden der Gegend, zum Ausspannen oder auch wie bei uns zum Remote Arbeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Lesana war immer Top. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

This studio apartment is perfect for one person and for me with a little dog. It has a lock up garden which makes it very secure. The apartment is is very well equipped and quite spacious. It is in a perfect location, much closer to the station than I thought when I arrived. I spent much too long trying to get there by public transport when it is really an easy walk. It is also close to the main historical attractions and lovely bars and restaurants. In spite of the proximity to everything it was very quiet at night. Avignon is a very beautiful city and well worth a visit.

Le logement est très confortable et bien agencé. Le petit patio est très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Franchement c’était super personnel très sympathique et surtout à l’écoute en plus du rapport qualité prix je pense pas que vous trouverez mieux à la concurrence alors dépêchez vous pour réserver votre séjour je vous le recommande vivement. Larbi

Elisabeth’s home was perfect for my family of five to explore Avignon and the surrounding region. Beautifully built with plenty of space indoors and out. We spent more time than I expected relaxing at the house because it was so comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is a short walk from the house. The parking and the homes proximity to the outer road meant I I did not have to navigate the tricky and narrow streets of Avignon but still had a car a 3 minute walk from the house kept in a gated shady lot. Cannot recommend this place and host enough.

Notre séjour s'est super bien passé. Annie est charmante, très accueillante et arrangeante. Le logement est très agréable, bien conçu. Les chaises longues et la piscine sont très agréables. Un séjour formidable. nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This place is indeed a piece of art, made by the stone and other materials in nature. Francoise is a super nice and helpful host with great recommendations on attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well organized, the top floor showed us the wonderful blinking stars in the night, the breakfast was prepared as we wanted, swimming pool is nice and salty as the sea. We will definitely come back soon!
