Beachfront holiday rentals in Saint Leonards

As always staying at Seasure was wonderful. We have stayed there several times over the last few years! The location is wonderful- right across the street is the beach. There are large rooms and comfortable furnishings throughout the 2 bedroom rental. A small back yard area in the back is perfect for our grandchildren when they visit use during our stay. Gemma is a wonderful host, and it is always our first choice of accommodations when we are in visited our daughter and her family in Bexhill.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very peaceful and lovely to have an open fire! We had everything we needed only downside was the shower wasn’t very hot and couldn’t be sorted even after leaving the immersion heater to reheat overnight. The bath on the other hand was lovely and warm!

We had a great stay - the cottage is a little haven tucked away in a spot with beach, nature, big skies and lots of little points of interest. A perfect little bolt hole for two adults needing a rest and a restless 6yo! We had four-seasons weather and the cottage was shade, shelter and solace for us: comfortable, well-equipped, clean and serene. AND the all-important hot powerful shower 😁. Had a few little queries and asked for local tips and Mark was really prompt and really helpful. Really great all-round.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

My partner and I plus our dog, had a very enjoyable stay at Tom Thumbs Cottage. The cottage is located near to the beach and pier; and is easily accessible for lovely walks along the sea front. There are many places to go to eat, the Gelato place round the corner does great coffee and gelato. There is a fab fish and chip shop on the main road near the Londis and Sainsburys and I highly recommend The Marine Pub, very friendly staff and marvelous Sunday Roast. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

This is one of those rare places that is actually better in real life compared to the photos! The views over the bay are spectacular and we were very comfortable in this stylish, impeccably clean property. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Big plus also that the beach directly outside the property is dog friendly. Thanks again!

Claire was a great host; always responsive and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed to have a great stay. Claire’s chalet was clean, comfortable and filled with personal touches like special sheets for our little one and toys to play with as well as great cooking facilities. The little green area outside the chalets was particularly great for our toddler to have a runaround! Location was perfect for the resort and the beach. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Camber Sands!

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

We were initially worried about our trip to Camber and Rye since we were travelling by train and had all our bags on us. However, Rebecca was super responsive and accommodating and made our trip a breeze. We were close to the beach and it was easy to get to Rye by bus. However, if you don’t have a car, the park itself is poorly lit so I wouldn’t recommend arriving as late as we did because we did get a little lost!

This caravan was in great location. Spotlessly clean very well equipped with everything you need. And I will be back to stay again in the future.

We had a great break at Bev's caravan! It was very dog friendly, and our boy Arlo settled in nicely on the provided dog bed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was nice there is a big storage cupboard in the main bedroom to hide all the bags away. The TV took some getting used to (Roku), but it was nice to have in the evenings. We played a couple of the games - thank you! The part of the site you are on is tucked away (so far from the entrance), but we loved the quietness of it all, and the lovely views over the fields. Would definitely return (when it is not so hot - as got very warm in there in mid-June).

We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the views from the living room. It's a lovely apartment that was perfect for our little family to relax and spend time together. Everything was easy to find and it was clean. Andrea was grey quick to reply and help with all of our questions, and she offered help without prompting too. The only thing we would have liked is a holder for the showerhead as we all found it a bit fiddly to shower, holding it. And often the shower hose would turn the hot tap off as we lifted it and that took us a while to realise why the showers were getting colder.

Had an amazing time at Cleo's place! The weather was perfect and the house being directly on the beach is fantastic. Had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Loved it so much we stayed another night! 😊

The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

We had a great stay at Lorna’s place! The location is the perfect distance close to Hastings and a short walk to St Leonard’s. Nice little shops close by and really close to the sea. The building is huge and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We all felt relaxed from the moment we got there! We hope we can visit again

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment by the sea. The apartment is fully and stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and it's a very special experience to live so close to nature. Lucy was always very friendly and approachable and provided us with all the information we needed. Where to start! The house is an old world charmer with all mod cons (and some not so mod ones that make it perfect). The owner couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. Lots of local info, quick to respond before we booked and always helpful after. The house is the best kind of wonky, lovely beams and lots of space. Local shops and restaurants cater for all tastes & the local parking is plentiful and safe. 10000007% recommend this gorgeous home as a place to rest, relax & enjoy yourself. All the superlatives here

The apartament is clean, large, beautiful forniture, good heating system, nice bedroom. Very good location, close to St Leonards main street and train station, walking distance from Hastings. For the musicians, like myself, there is something else: an eletric piano at the living room. Rachel is very kind. I loved being there.
