With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Emma was so lovely, easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and during my stay. She gave some really good recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and the facilities were just as described. I felt very safe and secure during my stay. The location was amazing with beautiful sea views and was very peaceful which was just what i was looking for. I was able to relax and recharge during my stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Emma for making my stay so enjoyable and i hope to come back soon!

Great flat right on the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk from some lovely St Leonard’s restaurants. The front of the flat overlooks the sea and the back whilst it does not have much of an outlook, is spacious and quiet. Hastings is about 30 mins straight along the front so you have everything you need within walking distance. It was lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea!

This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

Great place to stay. Miranda & Dan were the perfect hosts and communicated very well. The place had all we needed for a really comfortable stay (the croissants and Prosecco were a lovely thought). The beach was a 5 min walk!

Lovely apartment close to St Leonard's station. The bed is something to boast about, it's amazing for both size and comfort! The living room is cozy and spacious, and the garden is very peaceful. The shower is great and big enough for a couple to shower together whilst using both the overhead and the shower handle. The neighbourhood is quiet and the walk to Hastings town centre is both lovely by the coast and through the green areas. Would definitely recommend!
