The perfect location and the perfect host. Sitting drinking wine on the balcony whilst watching the world go by was a great highlight, recommended!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes AirBnB. Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Meli war sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft etwas verzögert hat, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Highly recommend Greg’s apartment. It is close to the metro, restaurants, yet quiet and not crowded. We look forward to returning again during our next trip to Paris. Thank you Greg for making our trip so special.

Merci infiniment pour ce séjour. Pour avons pris quelques nuits afin de pouvoir visiter Paris. L’accès au métro se fait en 4 minutes à pied et nous amène directement dans le centre de Paris. Le logement est ultra fonctionnel, très bien pensé et aménagé. Incontournable si vous souhaitez visiter la capitale. Tom a été très réactif quand nous avons posé des questions. Je recommande vraiment.

the apartment was extremely clean! great location. the building is safe and modern. the door system with the app is convenient and safe. the hosts are absolutely polite and friendly and always responded quickly! I totally recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Jean Francois's apartment! The apartment gave us an authentic Paris experience, it is very charming and comfortable. We found great Indian food and creperie restaurants nearby. The weather was warm, so we cooled the apartment off quickly each afternoon by opening the windows and listening to the sounds of Paris! Only two comments which have been noted by others - six flights of stairs is tiring at the end of the day but we handled it fine. The bathroom is very small by American standards, but we made it work. Jean Francois was very, very responsive. He accommodated our request for an early check-in, met us in person to be sure we could access the building and he showed us around the apartment. He also gave us some good advice for traveling to the airport at the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Apparement idéal soigné et très confortable. Accueil parfait et grande disponibilité. Très heureux !

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Moment suspendu. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Airbnb. Au delà du logement. Nous avons vécu une véritable expérience que Yohann et son épouse ont su créée. Et celle-ci a commencé dès les premiers échanges téléphoniques . L’endroit est magnifique. Les ôtes ont su répondre avec éclat à toutes mes demandes complémentaires (décoration, petit déjeuner). La ville est aussi très très charmante. Yohann nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli. Nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je n’exagère pas sur mon retour. Il s’agissait de notre premier anniversaire de mariage, je les remercie sincèrement car ils ont participé à ce moment exceptionnel. Je recommande!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mes enfants et moi. Non seulement parce que la location est décorée avec beaucoup de goût mais aussi car c'était vraiment très propre, fonctionnel et confortable (aussi bien les lits que le canapé). De plus le village est très mignon et degage une atmosphère de quiétude. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Paris en nous rendant à la gare RER de la hacquiniere qui est à seulement 5mn en voiture et où il est facile de se garer . Angélique est très accueillante et sympathique.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. Gracias Vicent por tu hospitalidad

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
