Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

We absolutely loved Hugues’ apartment! It’s located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, and the apartment itself is cozy, authentic, and full of character. We truly felt like we were experiencing real Parisian life for a few days. There are plenty of great restaurants and boulangeries nearby — perfect for grabbing delicious croissants and éclairs. Hugues was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He met us at the apartment, showed us everything, and was flexible with our check-in time since we arrived a bit early. We wholeheartedly recommend this place — thank you, Hugues, for a wonderful stay!

This is a great little place to stay while in Paris; close enough to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro that will take you every where else you might want to go! Comfortable bed, great kitchen, WASHING MACHINE(!!)- it’s perfection! Grab it while you can!

Grégoire's apartment is amazing. Fantastic location and an amazing eclectic space. He went over and above to make our stay in Paris a wonderful experience - absolutely faultless. Our only regret was having to leave; I just wanted to stay and live there! Highly recommended - you won't regret a moment of your stay there (until it's time to leave). Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

Hanging Moment. We had a great time at this Airbnb. Beyond the listing. We had a real experience that Yohann and his wife were able to create. And this one started from the first phone calls . The place is beautiful. The hosts were able to respond with brilliance to all my additional requests (decoration, breakfast). The city is also very charming. Yohann hosted us wonderfully. We had very warm and friendly exchanges. I don't exaggerate when I get back. This was our one year anniversary, I sincerely thank them as they participated in this exceptional time. I recommend!!!!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Corentin Airbnb was worth every penny we spent. It was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and located perfectly. Just within a few minutes walk there were fast food stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Corentin was extremely responsive when we had questions and was clear with his instructions. It was a lovely stay and will recommend it to anyone going to France that wants to stay close enough to Paris but not right in the center. 5 stars all round.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

Brice's listing was exactly as advertised. It is clean and spacious and has everything you need to a comfortable stay for days on end. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great location, Mr Vincent is very helpful & proactive . Clean house Only issue is 3rd floor no elevator .
