Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We really liked the apartment; it was very tidy and clean. It's also nice and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I recommend it!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, el entorno es lindo y muy tranquilo. Hermoso alojamiento (super recomendable). Hanney respondió rápidamente y estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada. LLegamos muy tarde en la noche y para retirar las llaves hay que ir a un negocio (hay que tener en cuenta esto para hacer el check in)

Anna was a great responsive host. My family loved this place. This flat was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The location offered easy access to the Paris Metro, making it simple to get around the city. We loved that it was a charming, walkable neighborhood with great food options nearby. It was less than a 2-mile walk to both the Eiffel Tower and Luxembourg Gardens. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return!

Un super séjour chez Tina, l’appartement est encore plus cosy et moderne que sur les photos, il est très bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions 3 et nous étions très à l’aise. Rien ne manque dans le logement. Tina est une hôte adorable, disponible et pleine de petites attentions, communication impeccable, nous reviendrons, merci !

Great location, a lot of local supermarkets, restaurants and fruit stores around. The apartment itself is very beautiful and spacious. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy studio. Has everything you need and is perfect for a couple of people. Just a short walk from the tram station. Maud was very responsive and provided clear instructions for every step. Nice find and good for the price!

Es war seit vielen Jahren unser erster Aufenthalt in Paris. In der Wohnung von Anne haben wir uns zu Viert sehr wohlgefühlt und insgesamt 5 schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Anne hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und sich sehr lösungsorientiert gezeigt. Daher haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Maria was an attentive and friendly host! She was so helpful with everything and extremely responsive. She even had pliers when we couldn’t make necklaces at La Perlerie 22. I didn’t read throughly but the shower situation was the only thing I wasn’t used to. You have to hold the shower head in your hand as you shower which was fine. It got the job done. The location of the apartment was fantastic and the size of the apartment was huge. I loved the art and decorations that were in the apartment.

Konum olarak harika bir yerdeydi metroya çok çok yakındı ve Oli harika bir ev sahibiydi. İletişim kurmak çok kolaydı ve evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tek eksiklik duş perdesiydi ama o da o kadar önemli değil. Paris’te kaldığım en güzel evdi bir sonraki gelişimde yine tercih ederim. Merci Oli!

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Es war sehr heiß in Paris, als wir dort waren. Als wir das Apartment erreicht hatten liefen zwei Ventilatoren, was sehr schön und erfrischend war. Tolle Handtücher, einen Föhn und ein paar nützliche Paris-Infos lagen bereit.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.

Anna left detailed check in instructions including photo. She was extremely responsive. Area is very accessible to eiffel tower, room is small but efficient and clean.
