The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Lovely and Spacious apartment

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

Apartment located 5 minutes' walk to metro 13, 10 minutes to tram T3 and 2 minutes to bus 89 and 58. Located less than a kilometer from the Parc des Expositions (South Arena for the Olympics) Quiet building close to all shops: 50 meters from a Carrefour-Market, bakery, pharmacy and others. Close to Metro (M) and Tramway (T): - M12 (Porte de Versailles and Convention) - T2 & T3 (Porte de Versailles) - M8 (Balard) - M13 (Vanves Gate) South-facing so very bright, small balcony where you can have lunch in the sun. Bedroom with a double bed, very quiet (overlooking an inner courtyard). Fully equipped and functional kitchen. Living room with sofa bed (1 person maximum).

There is a large living space (30m2) with a newly refurbished and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a very large walk-in shower. There is a balcony that can accommodate at least 2 seated persons.
