Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

We had a pleasant stay at Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect ( well equipped and nicely decorated). Bike trails accessible for family walks, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l 'Auzance" for a horse and pony ride for the kids.

House accurately matches the photos and description. The sun was part we were able to enjoy the outdoor facilities: swimming pool, petanque court, BBQ sunbed. We didn't want anything! House close to beaches and supermarkets. Responsive and friendly host. Recommended.

Eric welcomed us to his beautiful home which matched the description and our expectations. He was proactive and offered services we haven't seen elsewhere. We felt right at home, and enjoyed the heated pool as soon as we arrived. The place is quiet and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed it and we regret only taking a week because everything was really good.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

We spent a week for two in this accommodation designed for up to 6 people. We were warmly welcomed and received a detailed tour of the property. The good location near the beach was a selection criterion for us. It was worth it. And despite the proximity to the noisy "food court", we had no noise pollution. We got in touch with our direct neighbors, invited each other to an aperitif and played boules together directly on the opposite side of the street. We were able to park the e-bikes we were using in the garage and recharge them without any problems. The beautiful courtyard was a great environment for various meals, which were prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. If we are drawn back to St. Jean de Monts, we will gladly stay here again.

We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great stay on Île d'Yeu. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and welcome. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with great sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets... thank you for your welcome.

Beautiful bright duplex apartment facing the sea! An exceptional stay, easy parking, very well-equipped apartment, very functional. Cécile welcomed us in person, took the time to explain things. The indoor pool heated to 32' and the jacuzzi to 37', all facing the sea, made our stay perfect.

We had a lovely stay. We were three families, with three generations and we all had a lovely time. The swimming pool and having the beach within 10-15 minutes walk, was great. Helene, who managed our stay, was very friendly and helpful.

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

We had a great time. The accommodation is even better than in the photos. Everything was impeccable (cleanliness, equipment). We came as 2 families and each had their own sleeping area and bathroom. For a first experience with Airbnb it was really great. I would highly recommend it. Note that the place is suitable for people with mobility issues.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the accommodation. The accommodation is very functional, tastefully furnished and the pool is very nice. It is located in a very quiet and secure subdivision (gate at the entrance of the subdivision). Special mention for the bedding which is very good! On site, we received a very nice welcome from Alain (private concierge). The exchanges with Alexandre before the reservation were clear (owner of the premises). This is a "connected" house, you have to be comfortable with the technology for the lighting system and shutters. Small recommendation: for the shared bathroom upstairs, it might be interesting to be able to lock the two sliding doors or to find a system to hide the shower walls (this would allow you to get ready at the same time with a little privacy for example). In conclusion, we are delighted with our reservation!

If possible, Anne’s Villa was even better than we had hoped. Check in was smooth and both Anne and Francois made us feel so welcome and at home. The villa was absolutely amazing - so clean and it had everything we could possibly need. They showed my little girl where their strawberries were to pick, and how to collect eggs from their hens, which she enjoyed doing daily. We are already hoping to come back next year as soon as we can book! Thank you so much for an incredible holiday.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Well exposed house with a large pleasant and bright living room. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. Off-season, we did not have to suffer from traffic jams. We had a great weekend.

Very pleasant accommodation with a quiet and relaxing setting. The city center is less than 10 minutes' drive away, which is very convenient when you want to go out.

Weekend more than great. the accommodation is perfect, lots of space both in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms and the outdoor space is very appreciable and not overlooked. the big plus is the very convenient laundry room with the second fridge. I highly recommend this accommodation and Laëtitia is a perfect host. i can't wait to get back to that
