Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Quiet area and the apartment was a good fit for me and my fiancé.

Listing as described. Lovely host and friendly exchange. Quiet residence. Positive point for the parking space. Only small downside, we rented in March and it was quite cool in the accommodation.

The apartment is located just a few minutes from the Old Town and 5 minutes from the Zurriola beach and the beach of La Concha. A spacious public parking is also a 5 minutes walk away. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet and has a private patio which is a huge plus. We were blessed with great weather, but we still got under the rain. That's where the washing machine and the drier came in very handy. Special thanx for the top of the top-of-the-line Nespresso machine which served us delicious cappuccino. The hosts were very proactive and answered our texts almost instantaneously. Overall, the place was totally worth the money. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay here in Bidart. The apartment matches the description and is conveniently located, close to the center and a short walk to the beach. In addition, it is easy to get to the surrounding towns by bus (stop at the bottom of the apartment) We did not meet Erika and Laurent but were very well hosted and advised by Wulfran (thank you to him)

Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

Rachel was a very pleasant, welcoming and considerate host. The place perfectly matched the listing and photos. Everything was impeccable and nothing was missing in terms of equipment. Besides the fact that the accommodation and the neighborhood were very pleasant, the center of Biarritz is accessible in 15 minutes on foot for a good walker. Rachel gave us good advice for our activities, which helped us organize our days. We are therefore delighted with our stay and know who to turn to for a future return to Biarritz! Thanks to her. Great stay in this very clean and perfectly equipped chalet in a quiet residence. Beatrice and her husband were excellent hosts. The location is great with everything you need nearby (walks, tennis, swimming pool, beach, restaurant...)

Maria Idola is a super nice landlady. She is easy to reach and always responds very quickly. The cottage is pretty and we felt very comfortable there. The parking lot in front of the house is great and even large cars have plenty of space there. The only thing we didn't like so much is the roundabout in front of the house, as it can be quite loud due to the cars passing through.

Great accommodation! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay, I highly recommend it!!!

West aid for two nights and wish we could have saved for two weeks period it's beyond gorgeous, peaceful and you fall in love with the place. it's simple and magnificent I try to record unfilm to try to capture the place it's just not possible. we are here in May of 2025 and all the fruit trees are starting to Bloom and bear fruit the sheep the miniature ponies it's just a place you want to stay for a little bit and not really move although you can . so many trails not far from here are even the Pyrenees for a day trip... if you read this far he realized that this is the place for you as well. I'm already jealous

That was an amazing little gem, the suite is on the small side but just so well done and has really everything you need, very clean, was recently done and just great. We highly recommend this place to anyone, single or couple! And BTW, Nadia is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.
