Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint James

My crew and i visit Barbados often and we have begun to explore options other than hotels. This if by far one of the best properties we’ve rented, peaceful, quiet and close to great restaurants. A car is required to get around, but still a phenomenal location.

Sean was the perfect host the apartment was as you see in the pictures if not better it was clean fresh and modern. it's was like I was living in my own house felt so comfortable.the apartment is set out perfect with everything that you need and more. location is perfect nice quiet neighbourhood close to the beach good restaurants and local stuff to do. I highly recommend staying with Sean if you plan to visits Barbados you will not regret staying with Sean. I am already trying to rebook with him already for my next trip. I don't have nothing bad to say about my stay the experience was 10/10.

As a Barbadian born visitor returning with my partner for a family event. We needed a place to afford us privacy but yet located in the perfect location to get to most places on the island. Michelle’s place was just what we needed. The apartment was as described and lived up to expectations in a peaceful neighbourhood with very welcoming locals. As soon as we arrived, Michelle was online to welcome us and to make sure we had access to the property. Her advice prior to our arrival provided excellent navigational instructions including suggesting various car rental options. We found Michelle to be an extermely flexible host who clearly takes pride in the apartment and in the comfort of her guests. We will have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future and would highly reccomend this residence to any of my many friends who plan to visit Barbados. Thanks Michelle’s. Coralita 5 was breathtaking! Incredible views and an amazing beach bar/restaurant within a few min swim or walk. The villa has everything you need with some awesome extras like full scuba gear and beach towels. The AC worked great and the stay was beautifully maintained. The beach right down the steps was the nicest beach we saw and the lights at night made for some awesome swimming. It’s in an ideal area of Barbados and cannot wait to return.

We count ourselves lucky to have booked this apartment at Sugar Hill. The hilltop setting is gorgeous and it's wonderful having two pools, a full-service restaurant, and tennis right on-site. The apartment is tastefully appointed and the beds are comfortable. Spacious closets with plenty of hangers. We so appreciated having both A/C and fans and per-room AC units allow you to keep your room cool at night without chilling the whole place. It's a nice balance. Gorgeous view from the terrace, walkable property, guarded and safe. Friendly staff at the clubhouse and The Deck restaurant, where we enjoyed the Tuesday and Friday live music, delicious drinks, a solid kids menu, and a Goan shrimp curry that I won't soon forget. Marilil provided beach towels, which were a Godsend for our daily outings to area beaches, all of which were a short drive away. Washer and dryer too. They even left us a welcome bottle of rum punch!

The pictures did the place no justice! It was breathtaking in person. I enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back! Doug was very responsive and Checked on us.

Excellent 2 week stay at this amazing apartment. It has everything you need and more. Spacious fully equipped, air conditioned apartment. We loved the private pool and garden. Was wonderful to sit on the terrace and were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys. And Mullins beach is only two minutes down the steps. We went there a lot. Also so handy to have a shower at the gate to the complex when coming back from the beach. Would recommend Adrian's Bar if you like a more authentic Caribbean bar. Loved the area as it was more closer to what we like about the Carribbean. Some of Barbados is a bit too developed with high end restaurants and hotels. Unlike our previous experience in the region in Guadeloupe and Martinique. We bypassed the overpriced places and went to Bomba's restaurant with a view that is hard to beat. Also Caboose beach bar in Speightstown has great Fish cutters. The Jamaican Jerk place is also brilliant. Overall a fabulous apartment in a great location

It was my pleasure to discover and spend a week at Camille’s place. I was given clear instructions to locate the property, which is easy to find , and met by the housekeeper Neshell, who was lovely and friendly. I felt immediately at home. The apartment is quite compact but perfect for 2 people, well equipped with all you could need and beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with lovely finishing touches. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main road (and main bus route) and near to some of the best beaches and restaurants that the West Coast has to offer. The grounds and swimming pool were immaculately maintained and staff were friendly. Camille was friendly, proactive and always at the other end of the phone if you had any questions. I’d definitely return and recommend this place for solo travellers and couples alike who want a handy base from which to explore Barbados’s beautiful West Coast Thankyou!

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. A mention to Stacey and Lawson who were always quick to answer any questions We loved it, thank you Stacey

We stayed here very last minute as the other air bnb we booked wasn’t suitable. Andrew did everything possible to make it feel like home. It was perfect for us , the outdoor space was so peaceful and the beach only a short distance away. The space was immaculate and the beds super comfy. We would definitely recommend and return again.

The list of amazing things I could say about Leah and Sherry and their beautiful home is endless. They treated us like family and helped us in unimaginable ways, from arranging transportation and tours, to recommending activities and restaurants. They even left us some surprise fruit to enjoy, which we greatly appreciated. (The mangos were the best we ever tasted!) Their home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Also, the location could not be beat. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bus stop are all within walking distance. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. Thank you Leah and Sherry for being the most accommodating, friendly and incredible hosts. My daughter and I feel truly blessed to have met you and hope to see you again ❤️

Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Finding the location of the home was a bit hard at first because the coordinates and address took us to the wrong place that was about 10 minutes away from the actual home. We had to put in a golf course address around the home and try to find it on our own. Once we found the home it was exactly what was on Airbnb and my party and I were amazed at the view and cleanliness of the home. Instructions to everything regarding the home should be updated, that is my only complaint because what we got on the app wasn’t the same as what was in a welcome booklet that was provided inside the home. Also the upstairs didn’t have air conditioning but the rooms did. Overall, my party and I definitely would recommend and stay here again!

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

A lovely stay perfectly near everything we needed and nothing more than a walk away. The house was as well equipped as one could want with instructions on everything being so clear - I really can’t fault it and treated the place as I would my own. Very responsive host and house manager if anything was needed - can’t ask for more - 10/10!

I really loved staying at this peaceful, relaxing apartment with a lovely view and great amenities. The location is perfect, close to beaches, in lovely Holetown, where everything is walkable. Chantelle and her crew are super responsive hosts. I'd love to return!

Loved the condo. Clean and comfortable. Great pool! Really nice balcony to watch the sunsets. Felt safe and secure. Centrally located near Holetown and Spleighstown.

Michelle, thank you for being such a gracious host for our first trip to Barbados. We’ll remember this time forever.

We are two friends (women) from the USA and we felt very safe at all times. There is a guard on duty 24/7, and there are codes to get into the parking area and the hallway to the condo. The condo is clean and is just like the pictures. Very comfy living. Beds were nice. Showers hot. A/C and fans worked fine. Pool was great! Get groceries at Massey not Clifton. $$$ We rented a car for the week as I can drive on the left with no issue and this is the best way to see the entire island. Shark's Hole is amazing. Friday fish fry in Oistins is a must. Yes, you can walk to some places from the condo but sidewalks are limited so you're walking on the road most times, like locals. We loved it here to experience Bajan-style living and the condo was perfect with awesome hosts, but if you're looking for a resort style vacay with food, people, and music you recognize from USA, I recommend Worthing Beach area and bars/grill on St. Lawrence Gap. Come experience Barbados either way! Book it.

Thank you for accommodating our holiday and making it an enjoyable and comfortable time away! Leanne was very accommodating with our check in & out times as our flights came in early and left later. We enjoyed the colours and decor of the apartment, it was a lovely caribbean vibe. There were so many home from home comforts, a washing machine, airfryer, well equipped kitchen as well as Netflix/Disney which my daughter loved! We had an issue with one of the doors becoming locked from the inside and we couldn't access the single toilet. I contacted Leanne who responded quickly and she sent someone around the following day who sorted the issue. We really had a great time and would recommend our friends to stay here. Thanks Leanne.

Staying at Prior Park was a bliss. The property is brand-newly renovated and looks and feels it with lots of impressive gizmos all around. The location is great fit those looking to stay at an affordable price on the west coast. I suggest however having a car handy as there aren’t much in the way of public services and taxis are expensive. Our host was fantastic, always on hand when needed and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay absolutely incredible. Best Airbnb in barbados bar none!

Wonderful stay. The condo grounds were beautiful. Quiet setting. The ground floor unit was fantastic to access the pool. Short walk to a stunning beach. We used public transportation quite a bit to get to dining locations and grocery stores. Overall, an amazing spot to vacation.

Another lovely stay at this spacious and cool apartment. We liked the air-conditioning throughout and the well equipped kitchen. The outside covered space is a few steps from the shared pool which is a lovely area to enjoy breakfast. The bikini beach bar across the road is great for a sunset cocktail with happy hour 5 to 6 pm. Once again it was lovely to meet the local manager Jacqui who is responsive and helpful for anything you may need. The restaurants and bars nearby that we like are La Cabane at Batts Rock and QP Bistro at Payne’s Bay. Local shop Jordan’s is good for groceries and is only a few minutes walk away.
