Our stay at Porters Estate was nothing short of amazing. The property perfectly matches its description, boasting state-of-the-art appliances and high-standard decor. The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a highlight, perfect for relaxing evenings and regularly cleaned. The location is ideal, secure with gated entry, providing peace of mind. Chloe, our host, was fantastic, with quick responses and a friendly visit to check in on us. Special mention to Tamara, the lovely cleaner who made our stay even more comfortable. We visit Barbados frequently, and we'll definitely be back!

Rachel is a very responsive person to deal with. She helped with everything thing I could possibly need. I never has someone so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Esperanza was a great rental for us. We stayed for 3 months and with a car it is a convenient location for going anywhere on the island. We were a 15 minute drive into Holetown and about 30 minutes to anywhere else. You do have to drive to any shops or restaurants but Earthworks Pottery is very close to visit. The house is very spacious and has a large full kitchen, large foyer, kitchen eating area, dining room, living room and family room. The beds are comfortable and all towels and other linens are new and good quality. The outdoor space is very large as well and there are different seating and lounge areas to enjoy the well maintained pool and views of the island. The home is very secure and private and from this location at the top of the hill the views are lovely and photos can’t really capture how nice and relaxing it is. Michelle is the lovely property manager and is always available and would pop right over anytime we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything about the place was magnificent! It is situated among old mahogany trees that just engulf you. The house is clean, beautifully designed, makes you feel submersion paradise

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. We would recommend to include some repellent sprays to prevent exposure. Overall, it was a pleasant experi

This place exceeded my expectations. Such a beautiful lovely and cozy home. Very peaceful and quiet. This place was also in a perfect location. Communication was on point. The house keeping was an added plus. Restaurant and beach minutes away. When I come back to Barbados I will be booking this place again. Thanks again for everything.

A huge thank you to Andrea and Alec for a fabulous stay at Little Bimshire. As described, the villa is in a great location, close to all amenities and well equipped. The pool is heated, clean and was enjoyed by our family. The bedrooms stayed cool, very comfortable and larger than expected. Some of us struggled with the heat in the lounge/kitchen as it was very hot during our stay. It did take me around 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but it would be considerably less for a younger person! During the time our hosts were away, Darwin was on hand to answer any questions and he was very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to meet our hosts who were super friendly. Our Granddaughter loved the birds, (thank you Andrea). It was very much our own private villa and we absolutely loved it. Holetown area and Beach are beautiful and I would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa.

Tim and Sandy’s home was beyond beautiful! The kitchen is huge it’s fully stocked, super clean and the pool outside is gorgeous! Heather was wonderful and always available for any information you might need. The property is close to all beaches and restaurants. The grocery store is within walking distance. There’s a medical centre and pharmacy right on the corner. I definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Barbados. We will for sure stay there again! 33 Westmoreland was excellent – just as described. It was a picturesque, spacious, and comfortable space, with plenty of room throughout and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends. Carla was a fantastic host – warm, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues within 15 minutes. She checked in to ensure we were comfortable and was always available if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosemary place. The space was clean. spacious and in a nice neighborhood. We had no issues for the duration of our stay. Rosemary responded quickly whenever we called. I would recommend getting a car as everything is five minutes away driving. Rosemary also has a car you can rent. We had a great time at this location and recommend it to everyone.

We just got back from our trip to Barbados and we were very happy with this home. It was in a great location, very private, clean and good decor and configuration. Lisa made the effort to get the beach pool pass to the Sunset Crest Club that is a great gathering place for the Sunset Crest members. She took care of all the upcoming questions and was a good host. One of the best places to stay in Barbados on my view. Such an organised host, nothing can go wrong as there is an incredible team working with Rob & Lucy. From the cleaner, the gardener and the incredible property management. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this lovely place. Serious thought and consideration has gone in to this property. This was a great place to stay for 8 nights for two people. The private yard in the back was quiet and a great place to hang out, and the barbecue was a nice bonus. The apartment is in a very walkable location with the grocery store a 5-10 minute walk, and the included beach club even closer - also close to Holetown Beach which is incredible. Caroline and Benoit were very quick to respond to questions and all instructions were very clear. The apartment was very well stocked, and the kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pan, eating and cooking utensils - we found everything we needed. The washing machine was convenient to have available. The bedroom was a bit bigger than expected and there was plenty of room along one wall to store luggage. Air conditioning in both rooms which was great, many rentals in the area only have this in the bedroom. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

Great place to stay that’s super close to beaches and restaurants that are easy to access through either taxi or taking the local bus, if you’re up for a hike you could also walk. House is beautiful and neighborhood is not loud at all.

Nice spot of the area. Not near any big hotels. Nice walk to the grocery store and a few bars and restaurants around. Also close walk to the beach. If you want a calm place and not big hotels and restaurants, this will be great.

Michelle and Pia's Blue Shells was amazing as always. We have stayed here multiple times and loved it every time. Great snorkeling + amazing views + R&JJ's Jamaican Jerk steps away = AMAZING!!! We look forward to staying here again the next time that we are back on Barbados.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barbados! It looked exactly like the photos—bright, airy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did run into a couple of minor issues during our visit, but Gillian was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to address everything. The host was also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation. The hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again—10s across the board!

We came to Barbados for a funeral, and after a private home we originally booked turned out to be in deplorable condition, we were scrambling for a place. What we found instead was a blessing. Jo'Marion's Place exceeded every expectation, and it truly felt like home. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed: a washer, dryer, detergent pods, full kitchen, and strong air conditioning in the bedrooms. As someone with asthma, I was initially concerned about the living area not being air-conditioned—but the constant cool breeze kept the entire space airy and refreshing (there are also ceiling and standing fans). There are two verandas perfect for morning tea/coffee or quiet reflection, and the peaceful community offered the calm we needed during a difficult time. And on the weekend, there is a food truck close by with delicious offerings! It was exactly the kind of comfort and ease we didn’t know we’d need, but were so grateful to find. We will return!

Jennas villa was superb and everything we hoped for. The location was great- 5 mins walk to the beach. Great restaurants and bars nearby. There was a little building work going on nearby at the moment but it did not impede our stay but might affects others. Jenna was responsive and helpfully accommodated a late check out for us as we had a late flight home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

After staying here for 2 days I cannot recommend this place highly enough. For starters the location is perfect. 5 minutes off the main costal road in a super quiet area. You can see the ocean from the property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The use of the washing machine/dryer was amazing! Everything was clean and fresh. But the highlight of our stay was Clarice, from when we booked she always responded within a half hour, always so pleasant to deal with, whether it be regarding flexible check in/check out she was professional and prompt! Would give 10 stars if I could!
