We had a great week at Terrence's place. He was super nice to us and very friendly. We enjoyed the big pool and we were recommended some nice restaurants. Terrence even organized a rental car for us.

A Perfect Beachfront Escape in Barbados! We had the most incredible stay at this stunning two-bedroom apartment right on the beach in Barbados. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the sand and just next door to the Royal Fairmont Pavilion. It’s also just a short, scenic walk to the iconic Lone Star restaurant, which became a favorite spot for dinner. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the turquoise sea was absolute bliss. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts, Olivia and Simon. From the moment Simon greete us, we felt incredibly welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering local tips and ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Fabulous ground floor apartment. Great location - the beach was only a few steps away. Large pool which wasn’t busy. Felt very secure. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Hometown was only a short drive away. Had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend

Taariq's place was very clean, open comfortable and breezy. It had just the right amount of dishes and cutlery. Location is superb and even within walking distance.

Very responsive host. Great location. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the nearby beach. Having our designated beach chairs for the week was a bonus. Facilities were clean and well kept. We had lunch one afternoon at the pool. Good food and service. Brian's unit was very comfortable and furnished well. We received notice from our airlines that bad weather might impinge on our return flight. Brian was gracious enough to offer us an additional night's stay if we had trouble. Should we return to Barbados in the future, I would have no problem staying at Brian's condo again.

Alan was the perfect host, answered all our questions and responsive to any problems we had. Apartment clean and well stocked with plenty towels and kitchen stuff. We would highly recommend

We stayed at 2 Barbados condos: Here, in Holetown, Judy, the Gate-guard, met us and she was wonderful. She helped us make a smooth entry into our place, and later she answered our questions about local shopping and how to get there with no car. Francene met us the next day and she was SO helpful. We loved our 4 day stay! The pool was quiet and good for lounging and for lap swimming. This condo is verrry nice. There wasn't much to want for, except for better beach lounging and a swimmable beach. Our next 5 days was at a Condo on Sapphire Beach. THIS beach is great! but OMGoodness, our condo here at Sapphire was such a step down from Francene's, which we really missed.

Overall a lovely stay in a very well equipped comfortable and clean apartment. Restaurant quality limited nearby, would rent a car for duration next time. Shame the closest beach is so shallow and unusable for sunbathing but not untypical of the island and nearby bathing easily within walking distance. A great destination.

A wonderful family stay at the elegant 109 apartment. The apartment benefits from privacy in its end of block location and the accessibility of the ground floor directly to the gardens, pool beach and amenities. An exquisitely decorated apartment with great cooking and laundry facilities - also a particularly lovely dining area with plenty of space. We will definitely return to 109. Thanks also to the excellent Marilil and Sara for their assistance and great service delivery throughout our stay from Arlene.

Our stay at Villa 403 was absolutely wonderful. From the communication before we arrived with Sandy, the warm welcome and early check-in with Dawn we were made to feel very welcome. VotB is ideally located, beaches are stunning and quiet during our stay. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We loved the local restaurants; check out Zacchio's next door, and the 'Life is Sweet' Dessert bar across the road. Activities available to book from Holetown beach if you want them; we enjoyed a boat trip with snorkelling stops where we swam with turtles & stingray. The vendors are not pushy and we felt very safe and welcomed by them. Of course, the highlight of our sty was Coral! the listing does not make it clear that Villa 403 has the most marvellous housekeeper, Coral, who will make your stay magical! nothing was too much trouble for her- she washed our laundry (which smelled amazing!),shopped & cooked amazing Bajan food. We loved our stay and would rebook without question

Beautiful condo with lovely deck space with view of the ocean. Beach was fabulous and not crowded. Large pool also not crowded. Some trees on beach for shade. Chairs set up easily with onsite friendly staff. Small outside restaurant was good for lunch. Parking easy if you're renting a car. Quick drive to area restaurants or to explore the many sites of Barbados. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, nice size kitchen, tv easy to use, air conditioning throughout which was easy to control and worked great. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked great. On site people were so helpful and pleasant, we would love to return!

Our 1st week in Barbados , we are speechless!! The condo was immaculate, Jancice and all the staff very accommodating…a true home away from home …the Holetown location is the place for good shopping , restaurants,bars and a great choice of cigars …you name they have it. This villa in Barbados was absolute paradise. Just like the photos—spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better: walkable to amazing restaurants, vibrant bars, and picture-perfect beaches. The views? The best on the island. We started and ended each day on the balcony, soaking in the sound of the waves and watching boats sail by. The villa has its own peaceful little beach with guest-only loungers, plus more beaches just steps away. It was stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels, sunscreen, toiletries, and all the essentials for cooking if you stay in. Marcia was the heart of the experience—warm, attentive, and full of excellent local tips. She made sure we had everything we needed for a flawless stay. From start to finish, it was relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable. We’re already dreaming about our return!

Wow!! What an amazing stay! I didn’t want to leave. I stayed at this townhouse with my partner, 2 children (3 and 15month) and my mum. It was perfect! Spotlessly clean, easy walk to holetown, great swimming pool, the most beautiful property and location. Full of every amenities you could need. Cleo and Paul are fantastic hosts, always replied within an hour with any of my messages.

We have stayed at "Windswept" twice prior to this visit. Mandy has always been a very good communicator regarding our bookings. The villa is spacious with a beautiful private garden with a plunge-pool. All the bedrooms have airconditioning which is an essential as the nights in Barbados are very warm. It's a small thing but there was a decent supply of hangers in every wardrobe! Sugar Hill is a short drive from Holetown with its shops and restaurants. Once again we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly want to stay here again if we return to Barbados.

Beautiful home in a beautiful well cared for gated neighborhood ! I can’t put into words how nice this accommodation is. There is plenty of space and different areas to lounge. The private pool was definitely a plus with also having access to the community pool area as well. Don’t hesitate to book. The location is great close to beaches restaurants and night life and not a far drive by rental car to other parts of the island.

We stayed here very last minute as the other air bnb we booked wasn’t suitable. Andrew did everything possible to make it feel like home. It was perfect for us , the outdoor space was so peaceful and the beach only a short distance away. The space was immaculate and the beds super comfy. We would definitely recommend and return again.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

We spent a wonderful week here, enjoying Royal Westmoreland and exploring the surrounding area and coast. The accommodation was pristine, gardens beautiful, and communication excellent. Couldn't recommend it highly enough, and we'd love to return!

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. We would recommend to include some repellent sprays to prevent exposure. Overall, it was a pleasant experi

The villa is spacious, very clean and modern with all amenities. The beds are very comfortable. The private pool and outdoor area was clean with lots of seating for everyone. It also has a nice view of the sea and wonderful sunsets. We love the quiet gated community. Our host Maisha is very friendly, courteous and helpful She answered our questions promptly and was always available when needed. All staff were nice. I will definitely stay here again.
