Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint James

My wife and I, including our kids aged 6 and 3 really enjoyed our time at Monkey Corner (we did spot some monkeys as well!) - the tennis courts, pool house, club house and gym are all within walking distance. Our host, Brigitte, was very responsive throughout and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay - especially the day we arrived - saved us a couple of errands with the kids. The Villa was clean and modern with lots of seating around the place - our kids easily navigated the villa without us - we will stay again!

The list of amazing things I could say about Leah and Sherry and their beautiful home is endless. They treated us like family and helped us in unimaginable ways, from arranging transportation and tours, to recommending activities and restaurants. They even left us some surprise fruit to enjoy, which we greatly appreciated. (The mangos were the best we ever tasted!) Their home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. Also, the location could not be beat. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bus stop are all within walking distance. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking comfort, convenience and outstanding hospitality. Very good position across from a beautiful beach. Sun loungers provided to take with us and beach towels. Donna is lovely and communication was easy. The garage nearby was reasonably priced for essentials. I would recommend CCs on a Monday night, lovely food and good entertainment, we danced on the beach! A trip to Speightstown is also a must do ..try Kaboose for a fish cutter lunch.

In the heart of a local neighbourhood, we felt very welcome and very comfortable. Having Air con in both bedrooms and the living area was perfect given our long stay and Working remotely. The interior pictures don't do it justice - it's very airy and has everything you need. Very close to a great beach which has a number of beach bars and restuarants. The the bus stops at the end of the road take you everywhere. We loved our time in Barbados and would definitely want to return. We were married in late January in Holetown and all our neighbours were a delight, helping us and often driving us to where we needed to be. Wonderful top floor villa. Wonderful location. Very lucky to have found it.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful and located in a peaceful area. The home is modern, spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay! A bit of trouble locating as we arrived after dark but mostly our own fault as our phones were not working. Once we got settled everything was great! Space was very clean and Priscilla’s mom was very kind. She walked us to the beach to show us a beautiful spot. Thank you Priscilla and Lucille.

I had an amazing experience with Reydon as my host. From start to finish, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he graciously allow me to stay in his beautiful property, but he also went above and beyond by assisting us with booking excursions, cabs, a massage therapist, decorator, and chef. Throughout the trip, he made sure we were safe and comfortable every step of the way. One standout moment was when he paused what he was doing to bring us a speaker and juice — completely free of charge. His kindness and generosity made my 30th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Reydon’s hospitality exceeded all expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for his support and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a warm, caring, and attentive host!

We had such a great stay at Pierre’s place. Such a lovely place to stay. The place was super well organised and had everything you needed plus little extras that made the stay. Walking distance to a great beach. Lovely surroundings and even encounters with local wildlife. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolute perfection: super clean, every amenity, friendly and helpful host. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. We have been to Holetown many times and this particular apartment is an excellent find, a real gem. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

Nous avons passé 4nuits merveilleux avec mon compagnon,nous avons adoré la maison de Mona ,c’était un vrai cocon douillet pour nous. Lieu calme et à proximité de la capitale . les photos correspondent parfaitement à la maison même en mieux ,j’ai envie de dire . Mona à été une hôte avenante en vers nous et à su répondre à mes questions d’ailleurs je la remercie pour tout.

Fantastic stay, very clean, everything you need for a perfect stay.....just bring some clothes :-), peaceful and overall a most relaxing stay, communication was exceptional with Bryan The pool area with the shaded seating worked out perfectly for us and enjoyed the quietness of the area. Supermarket at the bottom of the hill within a 5 minute walk, then just over the road to the stunning beach. We also would highly recommend the little Italian restaurant El Tempo right on the beach, the bus stops into Holetown or Bridgetown also just at the bottom of the hill Overall a perfect location for us and would definitely return to this apartment when next in Barbados thanks to Bryan

We had a great week at Terrence's place. He was super nice to us and very friendly. We enjoyed the big pool and we were recommended some nice restaurants. Terrence even organized a rental car for us.

I found Rodney to be an extremely attentive and friendly host. If you required anything, Rodney was happy to help. My stay with my son was comfortable and access to transport, supermarkets and eateries was very good.

nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la Barbade. l'appartement de Stéphanie est équipé de plusieurs terrasses extérieures. impeccable pour dîner dehors et se reposer dans un cadre verdoyant après une journée à sillonner l'île. cuisine bien équipée, literie top... merci à Stéphanie pour le petit déjeuner du premier jour rapport qualité prix imbattable Des plages de rêve à 15 mn à pieds de l'appartement. vous pouvez vous déplacer en bus dans toute l'île pour une somme modique de 3.5 dollars barbadien le trajet la gentillesse des barbadiens envers les français est incroyable ... que de belles rencontres ... nous avons parcouru toute l'île à pieds (250 kilomètres à pieds en 18 jours) en bus et en stop on s'est super amusé dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un sentier permettant de longer la mer et plus de sentiers balisés

I always feel at home staying at Chaneque’s property. I love how the property is modern, up to date, in a very safe neighborhood, the response is immediate if there’s any questions. Host is very professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I travel solo I will book Chaneque’s property if it’s available.. Book now you won’t be disappointed!!

Thank you for accommodating our holiday and making it an enjoyable and comfortable time away! Leanne was very accommodating with our check in & out times as our flights came in early and left later. We enjoyed the colours and decor of the apartment, it was a lovely caribbean vibe. There were so many home from home comforts, a washing machine, airfryer, well equipped kitchen as well as Netflix/Disney which my daughter loved! We had an issue with one of the doors becoming locked from the inside and we couldn't access the single toilet. I contacted Leanne who responded quickly and she sent someone around the following day who sorted the issue. We really had a great time and would recommend our friends to stay here. Thanks Leanne.

Staying at Prior Park was a bliss. The property is brand-newly renovated and looks and feels it with lots of impressive gizmos all around. The location is great fit those looking to stay at an affordable price on the west coast. I suggest however having a car handy as there aren’t much in the way of public services and taxis are expensive. Our host was fantastic, always on hand when needed and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay absolutely incredible. Best Airbnb in barbados bar none!

We had a lovely week in the condo. It was very well equipped and very clean. Everything we needed was in walking distance. It was a bonus having access to the beach club and a lovely walk to the beautiful Payne’s Beach. Ideal for a couple wanting a peaceful break.

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

Absolutely perfect, could not wish for any better. Wonderful apartment, even better than expected. Location through the gate on to the most perfect beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious for 2 people. Nicely decorated and the patio and garden was lovely. Pat who we picked the key up from was very lovely and so helpful. We have just had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was perfect for us and nothing I would want to change - I just hope there is availability when we want to come back!

Starfish was a beautiful place to stay, everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped the bed was so comfy and room was nice and cool to sleep in. Easy walking distance to shop's and some lovely restaurants with seafront settings. Joy and Neil were excellent host's if your lucky enough to go to barbados then look no further, this was everything you could ask for.

Ian’s place was simply beautiful. It was in a great location - walking distance to Mullins Beach. 10mins from Speightstown. 5mins to Haymans Market (u must go) 30 min drive from the airport. Check in and check out was easy using a lock box. The garden was spectacular. Suzette came by once to clean change sheets and towels etc. Oddy the gardener was such a lovely guy. Having the use of a washer and dryer was really helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. Will easily stay there again! Thank you Ian, we loved your place!
