Our stay at Porters Estate was nothing short of amazing. The property perfectly matches its description, boasting state-of-the-art appliances and high-standard decor. The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a highlight, perfect for relaxing evenings and regularly cleaned. The location is ideal, secure with gated entry, providing peace of mind. Chloe, our host, was fantastic, with quick responses and a friendly visit to check in on us. Special mention to Tamara, the lovely cleaner who made our stay even more comfortable. We visit Barbados frequently, and we'll definitely be back!

Another great stay at Royal Westmoreland for our family. Location is excellent for all shops/beaches/restaurants etc. Communication with Realtors was spot on, the car hire/transfers/pre arrival food shop was especially helpful. Sugar Cane 12 is beautifully presented and a special mention to Lana for keeping it looking immaculate during our stay.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Stunning apartment with loads of space, on the West Coast of Barbados with good bus links, although had a car. Pictures match the description with host being very communicative. It’s important to add that the house is powered by solar energy, which meant that we had no hot water on some of our days due to the weather conditions. Apart from that, and some unfriendly neighbours couldn’t ask for a better stay and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Esperanza was a great rental for us. We stayed for 3 months and with a car it is a convenient location for going anywhere on the island. We were a 15 minute drive into Holetown and about 30 minutes to anywhere else. You do have to drive to any shops or restaurants but Earthworks Pottery is very close to visit. The house is very spacious and has a large full kitchen, large foyer, kitchen eating area, dining room, living room and family room. The beds are comfortable and all towels and other linens are new and good quality. The outdoor space is very large as well and there are different seating and lounge areas to enjoy the well maintained pool and views of the island. The home is very secure and private and from this location at the top of the hill the views are lovely and photos can’t really capture how nice and relaxing it is. Michelle is the lovely property manager and is always available and would pop right over anytime we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

This place exceeded my expectations. Such a beautiful lovely and cozy home. Very peaceful and quiet. This place was also in a perfect location. Communication was on point. The house keeping was an added plus. Restaurant and beach minutes away. When I come back to Barbados I will be booking this place again. Thanks again for everything.

_The villa is conveniently situated in the northern part of the island, featuring 24-hour security, shuttle ride or free parking by the beach, free towels and chairs, big community pool and other amenities. Our group of eight, including four children, had an excellent time despite challenging weather conditions. The management team was proactive, placing sandbags and providing extra flashlights to cope with Hurricane Beryl. They were always just a text or call away, assisting with pool timer adjustments, sending technicians for minor repairs, and rearranging cleaning schedules due to the hurricane. Moreover, we had no issues with the internet, kitchen appliances & utensils, towels, or insects which we have faced with other rentals in the past. Finally one area for improvement is mosquito control; while they provided measures for protection, the mosquitoes were many and persistent. We would recommend to include some repellent sprays to prevent exposure. Overall, it was a pleasant experi

A huge thank you to Andrea and Alec for a fabulous stay at Little Bimshire. As described, the villa is in a great location, close to all amenities and well equipped. The pool is heated, clean and was enjoyed by our family. The bedrooms stayed cool, very comfortable and larger than expected. Some of us struggled with the heat in the lounge/kitchen as it was very hot during our stay. It did take me around 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but it would be considerably less for a younger person! During the time our hosts were away, Darwin was on hand to answer any questions and he was very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to meet our hosts who were super friendly. Our Granddaughter loved the birds, (thank you Andrea). It was very much our own private villa and we absolutely loved it. Holetown area and Beach are beautiful and I would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa.

We have stayed at "Windswept" twice prior to this visit. Mandy has always been a very good communicator regarding our bookings. The villa is spacious with a beautiful private garden with a plunge-pool. All the bedrooms have airconditioning which is an essential as the nights in Barbados are very warm. It's a small thing but there was a decent supply of hangers in every wardrobe! Sugar Hill is a short drive from Holetown with its shops and restaurants. Once again we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly want to stay here again if we return to Barbados.

33 Westmoreland was excellent – just as described. It was a picturesque, spacious, and comfortable space, with plenty of room throughout and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I’d absolutely recommend it to friends. Carla was a fantastic host – warm, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues within 15 minutes. She checked in to ensure we were comfortable and was always available if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

We had a very lovely stay at Beach Walk house located in a quiet neighborhood only a minute walk to a beautiful and clean beach with bar, sunbeds and family-friendly vibe. The house was very well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Other nice beaches, restaurants, shops even a market are all within a 10minute drive from the house. Daniel and Katie were great hosts, flexible with both our check-in and check-out, willing to help anytime we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

One of the best places to stay in Barbados on my view. Such an organised host, nothing can go wrong as there is an incredible team working with Rob & Lucy. From the cleaner, the gardener and the incredible property management. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this lovely place. Serious thought and consideration has gone in to this property. This was a great place to stay for 8 nights for two people. The private yard in the back was quiet and a great place to hang out, and the barbecue was a nice bonus. The apartment is in a very walkable location with the grocery store a 5-10 minute walk, and the included beach club even closer - also close to Holetown Beach which is incredible. Caroline and Benoit were very quick to respond to questions and all instructions were very clear. The apartment was very well stocked, and the kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pan, eating and cooking utensils - we found everything we needed. The washing machine was convenient to have available. The bedroom was a bit bigger than expected and there was plenty of room along one wall to store luggage. Air conditioning in both rooms which was great, many rentals in the area only have this in the bedroom. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice, clean and cozy Beach house with private beach access and a terrace 10m away from the water. Had nice evening dinners outside enjoying the atmosphere. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped as well as the living room, AC everywhere and a good amount of towels. Mary offered a good service including a welcome food package, recommendations for the island and help with a rental car. Tremain got us a really nice car for a reasonable price.

Very clean and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood. Host was always responsive no matter the time which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We just got back from our trip to Barbados and we were very happy with this home. It was in a great location, very private, clean and good decor and configuration. Lisa made the effort to get the beach pool pass to the Sunset Crest Club that is a great gathering place for the Sunset Crest members. She took care of all the upcoming questions and was a good host. Michelle and Pia's Blue Shells was amazing as always. We have stayed here multiple times and loved it every time. Great snorkeling + amazing views + R&JJ's Jamaican Jerk steps away = AMAZING!!! We look forward to staying here again the next time that we are back on Barbados.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Barbados! It looked exactly like the photos—bright, airy, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did run into a couple of minor issues during our visit, but Gillian was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to address everything. The host was also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation. The hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again—10s across the board!

We came to Barbados for a funeral, and after a private home we originally booked turned out to be in deplorable condition, we were scrambling for a place. What we found instead was a blessing. Jo'Marion's Place exceeded every expectation, and it truly felt like home. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed: a washer, dryer, detergent pods, full kitchen, and strong air conditioning in the bedrooms. As someone with asthma, I was initially concerned about the living area not being air-conditioned—but the constant cool breeze kept the entire space airy and refreshing (there are also ceiling and standing fans). There are two verandas perfect for morning tea/coffee or quiet reflection, and the peaceful community offered the calm we needed during a difficult time. And on the weekend, there is a food truck close by with delicious offerings! It was exactly the kind of comfort and ease we didn’t know we’d need, but were so grateful to find. We will return!

Shelley’s place was absolutely delightful. A perfect little getaway in a gorgeous little area. We had everything around us that we needed. The beach is stunning, and only a 3 minute walk away. You can walk all up the coast along various much busier beaches, but our little beach was quiet, peaceful, and with only another couple of couples (if that) it seemed very private. It was perfect. There is also a gorgeous little cafe around the corner called Cafe C

Jennas villa was superb and everything we hoped for. The location was great- 5 mins walk to the beach. Great restaurants and bars nearby. There was a little building work going on nearby at the moment but it did not impede our stay but might affects others. Jenna was responsive and helpfully accommodated a late check out for us as we had a late flight home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

After staying here for 2 days I cannot recommend this place highly enough. For starters the location is perfect. 5 minutes off the main costal road in a super quiet area. You can see the ocean from the property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The use of the washing machine/dryer was amazing! Everything was clean and fresh. But the highlight of our stay was Clarice, from when we booked she always responded within a half hour, always so pleasant to deal with, whether it be regarding flexible check in/check out she was professional and prompt! Would give 10 stars if I could!

This house was very roomy. It was close to one of my favourite beachs and close to the bus stop so I could travel up and down the west coast to many different restaurants. I always enjoy Barbados when I travel there. This is one of my favourite places to stay and is well worth the price.
