Very nice and quiet accommodation, within walking distance to beaches and shops. The jaccuzi was very appreciated and up to our expectations. Fabien's advice and information on the surrounding activities was very accurate and interesting, especially the massage service in the accommodation, provided by Nathalie, very professional and above all very attentive to our expectations. The ability to bring our dog is a plus.

This is our second stay and we had a great vacation again. The house and garden are lovely. The top veranda. Amenities are much more than in the description. Not overlooked garden level. Great welcome. We would definitely recommend.

Great location! Wonderful holiday home, beautiful garden! It was a little cool in the accommodation when we arrived in April but we were able to use the wood stove, it was perfect! The rooms are spacious and friendly, the beds comfortable nothing to say. We used the barbecue (a shame that the charcoal was missing as indicated in the listing) is very nice to have one available. The sea within walking distance... really beautiful, stay on the island of Noirmoutier, we will be back! I would definitely recommend this place.

We spent a week in Noirmoutier with two young children. The weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the garden and terrace every day. The house is spacious, bright and well-equipped. The garden in spring is very pleasant. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, as is the center of Barbatre. We were also able to rent bicycles and travel around the island easily. Jeanne was very clear in her instructions and made herself available when we needed her. I highly recommend his house, it is a haven of peace for families.

We had a lovely stay at François's place, a welcoming and considerate host. We left for a week for 2 couples with 1 baby and 2 toddlers. We were all able to stay in this very charming house, despite narrow rooms (but it was obvious in the photos). The living space is spacious and very pleasant. The bathroom is clean and functional with shower and bathtub. The garden and terrace are very nice, quite shaded with the children but we enjoyed the sunbathing during their naps and the barbecue. We made it easy, every day, to the beaches of Le Rocher and Les Conches (15 minutes) or the markets of Longeville and Jard sur Mer (10-15 minutes away). Only small regret, we did not have access to WiFi. At least we cut it off! After this beautiful vacation week, we obviously recommend renting from François! Children's equipment and toys

We had a great vacation at Carole's, the house is pleasant to stay in and very well-equipped. The location is also good, 5 min drive to the sea and 20 min walk!

A beautifully and carefully renovated house with a lovely garden at walking distance from shops and the local cafés. Far enough from the beaches not to be disturbed by traffic to the beach but within a short car drive to many beaches. Christophe was very accessible and provided us with all the information we needed.
