A pleasant haven of tranquility in the heart of a block in a residential area, a few minutes by bike (available) from the city center and the ocean. Patricia is a welcoming, caring and as attentive as she is discreet. The Maisonnette is charming. We had a lovely stay. I can only recommend it.

Very well located apartment, once the car is in the parking lot, you can enjoy all the amenities on foot. The beach just opposite with its small beach bars is very nice. Apartment matches the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. Sophie gave us a very good welcome and was accommodating. I highly recommend her accommodation and would be happy to come back.

A perfect stay. 🌊 Yannick and Martine's place was completely up to our expectations. The explanations were very clear and the communication was very smooth. The apartment is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped, all you have to do is put your bags down. Its location close to the beach was particularly appreciated. Yannick and Martine are hosts who know how to host! We highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Ideally located accommodation near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk from the city center / swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A very convenient closed garage in the basement (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for arrival and departure times.
