Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

We are delighted to welcome you to our lovely 29 m2 apartment with a natural and cocooning design. Located in St Gervais in the city center in a very quiet residence with elevator. A stone's throw from the Mont Blanc tram, close to Chamonix, Megève, Annecy, Italy and Switzerland. The apartment is fully equipped, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, TV... It has a balcony, a covered and closed garage in the residence, a ski and bike room.

Designed for 2 people, we tried to arrange a small cozy nest with as many amenities as possible (washing machine, dressing room) the 140 x 200 bed (semi-firm mattress) is ready upon arrival. Located on the hillside of Passy, facing south, we are 1 km from the highway exit! Starting point for ski resorts (on average 15 km away) or beautiful hikes all around, we are also 40 minutes from Annecy and Geneva

Valued tourist lodge 4* in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without common areas Free parking 2 cars. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Welcome to "Le Brévent", a charming 25m² studio, completely renovated with taste. This luxurious setting, as cozy as it is elegant, can accommodate 2 people thanks to its sofa bed with a 22cm mattress. This 1st-floor accommodation with elevator is fully equipped and will allow you to enjoy your stay pleasantly. It is extended by a large balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Brévent.

Freshly renovated studio cabin ski-in/ski-out ideal for a family (2 adults, 2 children) just 300 meters from the Bettex gondola at the foot of the escape estate and 500 meters from the city center. Only (by car) 20 minutes from Megève, 30 minutes from Chamonix and 10 minutes from the very famous thermal center of St Gervais. Linens and towels are provided.
