We had a lovely week at la Bardoire. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. Delphine is a very responsive host. There are several minor maintenance issues which need attention and then it would be perfect.

Un Week end en famille merveilleux dans ce fabuleux endroit ! Il ne manque rien ! Le gîte est superbe, l'environnement parfait. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un grand soleil, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine et du jardin. A proximité de lieux d'intérêt. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommandez de venir y passer quelques jours, vous ne voudrez plus en partir ! Merci Katia

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en compagnie d’amis , et de nos enfants. Christophe nous a accueilli et nous avons fait le tour du bien ensemble. Le logement correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. À 30 min du zoo , nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et les enfants étaient ravis! La maison est dans un Lieu paisible et très bien entretenu. Christophe était disponible en cas de besoin mais tout le nécessaire était déjà mis en place pour passer un bon séjour! Je recommande fortement !

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. De nombreuses activités sportives et ludiques sont accessibles dans le jardin et la piscine est agréable. Les hôtes sont discrets et bienveillants. Idéal pour un moment en famille ou avec des amis (peut-être moins en couples).

Het was een geweldig verblijf in Le petite maison. Heerlijke natuur, prachtig zwembad en een enorm grote tuin. Echt genieten; hier kom je volledig tot rust.

This is our second stay at Solange’s beautiful, peaceful and charming property, which is perfectly located for exploring the Loire Valley. This quintessentially French property was perfect for us in every way! The kind of property we normally pass and remark on as to how lovely it looks….and it’s just as perfect on the inside too. The bed is comfy. The lounge is interesting with its unique wood burning stove and the kitchen full of interesting crockery, plus all the essentials to cook a great meal including a new Smeg oven! The shower is fabulous and it’s always lovely to find that the host has supplied a good supply of towels, loo rolls etc too! The outdoor space is really pretty and a lovely place to sip a glass of local wine. There was even a small car port for soft top car to retreat under when we had a rain shower. Thank you for your hospitality Solange and we look forward to a return visit soon.

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits chez Julie. Maisonnette confortable, au calme. Hôte très réactive. Emplacement parfait, à quelques minutes de Blois, Beauregard, Cheverny, Chambord, et à proximité immédiate de la forêt.

We really enjoyed our stayed at the Gite. The location was perfect for exploring the Loire Valley, and it was very close to Blois if you wanted to stop at a grocery store, etc. The pool was fabulous and our daughters really enjoyed it after a day of chateau site seeing. Cathy is a very responsive and delightful host and she gave great recommendations. The Gite was very well appointed and had a very nice kitchen for preparing meals. One nice surprise is that there was so many great walks you could take from the Gite, with a chateau or manor at every turn. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a lovely place.

L'orangerie du parc du château avait tout pour plaire. Un accès libre au parc et à la forêt, une grande tranquillité et un très bon confort. Valérie nous a indiqué une très bonne adresse de restaurant et les châteaux de la Loire étaient tout proches. Un séjour parfait. Merci à elle.

Très bon séjour. Jérôme est un hôte très sympathique et réactif. Le logement est très propre et très bien conçu. Les extérieurs et l’intérieur sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. L’accès au gite se fait en parfaite autonomie. Une place pour garer le véhicule en toute sécurité avec une mention plus pour la borne de recharge. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui correspond au descriptif.

Zoé et Rémy sont des hôtes charmants et chaleureux. Très à l'écoute des visiteurs, on sent qu'ils ont à cœur de les satisfaire au mieux. Nous recommandons leur joli gîte et très confortable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir, si l'occasion se présente...

Logement agréable, au calme et joliment décoré, chambre pour 4 personnes très spacieuse. Il y a plusieurs jeux de société pour occuper les enfants. Bon emplacement : à quelques kilomètres de Chambord, de Cheverny, de Blois,…

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette très jolie maison pour profiter du zoo de Beauval. Tout était propre, calme, joliment décoré et accueillant avec une communication parfaite dès le début ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l occasion se présente et nous recommandons chaleureusement 🙂

Great place with a short easy drive to Blois. Host was extremely helpful with check in and providing recommendation and reservation for dinner. Would stay again if in the area!

We stayed with family at Florence and Abdel's home and it was wonderful. We were 3 adults and 3 kids with plenty of space for all of us. Florence was very proactive in making sure we were accommodated and even helped with us to fix a WiFi issue. She was able to book us a nearby restaurant recommendation which was very kid friendly and open late on a Sunday which was much appreciated. The kids loved the pool, goats, chickens, and trampoline. We really had a nice relaxing time in-between sight-seeing the nearby chateaux. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own toiletries as there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at the property which would have been helpful for us, but maybe I misunderstood this in the listing. Everything else was well stocked and Florence even provided coffee and milk for us. There was a great Nespresso maker and espresso machine. We really enjoyed and loved our stay. If we are in the area again we would love to visit again. Do not hesitate to book! ❤️

Nous avons passé un très court séjour mais néanmoins très agréable grâce au logement très douillet et parfaitement équipé de David. Une décoration de très bon goût, un logement impeccable et un environnement paisible: tout était réuni pour nous donner envie de vite revenir!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

il s'agissait de feter notre anniversaire de mariage entourés de nos 5 petits enfants et enfants. avons passé des moments inoubliables. restos sympas, campagne magnifique à cette époque, patrimoine, mais c'est la France. le retour sans trafic inbtense. nous sommes tres satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette belle demeure située dans le quartier médiéval. merci.

Séjour parfait dans un cadre idyllique. Le gîte est magnifique et la piscine est un vrai plus,nous reviendrons. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Se siente bien desde que se abre la puerta. La casa tiene un buen ambiente. Está muy bien renovado pero también mantiene su historia. La cocina y el comedor son muy acogedoras. La cocina está muy bien dotada de todo lo necesario. No falta nada. La segunda habitación con tres camas es arriba y para subir se debe pasar por la habitación del piso de abajo. Para nosotros no fue un inconveniente porque somos una sola familia. Pero si es un aspecto a tomar en cuenta. Fácil de llegar a todos los lugares de interés

Adorable gîte de caractère. Intérieur très cosi et belle terrasse fleurie. Au cœur de la nature. Très ressourçant. Hôte très attentionnée et sympathique. Un grand merci pour les cadeaux d’accueil. On serai bien resté plus longtemps. Magnifique région.
