We took the road A16 via Rouen, it was so much quieter than travelling nearer Paris. We arrived around 4pm the house looking great in the afternoon sun, it looked freshly painted, the house is in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, all the bathrooms looked brand new, the kitchen was perfect. The window blinds were a good send, allowing in cool breeze whilst giving you security. Plenty of space to park your car and turn it around, being behind electric gates was a real bonus. It’s a 25 minute walk to the bridge so close enough to view the great sites in Blois. I would throughly recommend staying at Claire’s great house. If we return to the area we know where to stay. Very good weekend spent with family in Eric's accommodation! Beautiful quiet house in the beautiful countryside, beautifully wooded and suitable for our young children - close to the Zoo de Beauval, the purpose of our stay. I recommend it!!

My family and I were visiting from abroad and it was the perfect location. So peaceful, spacious - an amazing place to get away with the family and have some quality time. Everything was beautiful and quality. They have everything we needed and extra on stock just in case and Nicolas is so responsive. Would 100% recommend!

Beautifully renovated apartment! Updated to include all modern amenities while maintaining the beautiful, historical exposed ceiling beams and rock walls. Many thoughtful extras like magnified mirror in master bath and shopping bag. Great, walkable location withe restaurants and shops nearby.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Very nice apartment, spacious, bright, well-equipped and above all very conveniently located in the center of Blois. We were able to enjoy our short stay in Blois entirely on foot. Morgan was responsive and responded quickly to our messages. The instructions are perfectly clear and accurate. Thanks also for the restaurant suggestions in the area. I would recommend this place without reservation!

Very good apartment in awesome city! The only thing to complain about was fridge - the ice cream was ruined :) not a dealbreaker in any case though. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful! Super clean and tidy, just like the photos. In an area just steps from the castle and all other activities. Close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. The park is beautiful and quite. we enjoyed the great swimming pool as we stayed with family including 2 young children. Beds were great. The house had everything we needed, all amenities. Strategic location from the Chateau de la Loire and for cycling. Yannick was really helpful. I would definitely come back.

From the first contact, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and has responded to all our requests. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded plot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt at home during this short stay. We highly recommend Carmen's house for a visit to the Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

We had a great time. The house is very welcoming and spacious for a family with 7 adults and 3 small children with a very nice large garden. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, allowing for superb visits (Cheverny, Chaumont sur Loire, Blois...) and also beautiful walks (banks of the Beuvron in the immediate surroundings, Beauregard...).

Beautiful home with great setup to spend time with friends and family. Plenty for kids to do and heated pool with cover makes swimming possible even if the weather isn’t perfect. The kitchen area is a bit tight if you’re planning to make meals for a large group. Due to the setting with farms nearby there were quite a few flies in the house if the windows were left open. Overall we loved the house and would rent again if we came back to the area. The host was responsive

We had a great time with the family. The house is ideal with an amazing setting to recharge in a quiet area. Hugues is a very warm and extremely kind host. We will be happy to come back, we loved this place and weekend. Thank you so much.
