Lovely property, relaxing, easy walk to town center. Quiet and peaceful. Able to use laundry. Amboise and Phillipe’s place were a perfect spot in the Loire Valley.

We found an excellent place to stop! Eric allowed us to arrive very late (flat tire on the highway) with a lot of kindness. Thank you very much! Easy to access cottage from the highway, very well equipped. Drinks of all kinds are available (for a small fee), we really enjoyed it. Car parking in the courtyard of the cottage, no need to remove all luggage from the vehicle. And a garden for our dogs! We can only recommend it! 100%

The accommodation is as advertised, we had a pleasant weekend with the family (6 adults). Isabelle and Justine were responsive and welcoming.

Beautifully renovated quirky old house in Amboise. Central but quiet, minutes on foot from everything you want to see in Amboise. Clean and furnished well enough. The host was amazing, clear instruction, pro-active, and super helpful! We forgot something expensive in the house when we left and they agreed to post them back to us! Thank you so much Alexandra! Not a house for you unfortunately if you have mobility issues, the bedrooms are either downstairs or upstairs. Stairs are a bit steep (lovely old house quirk🤷‍♀️). We couldn’t find washing machine soap, but I had brought washing machine pods (in case you are planning a long stay). There is a drier as well, which you will find takes a long time to dry, but is a luxury in Europe. There is also a drying rack if you prefer. We had an absolutely lovely stay! Thanks again Alex!

Very charming house with a small outdoor courtyard. Everything is well thought out and very functional. Sylvie is very responsive and available. I recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay at Bruno's. The listing is true to the listing's photos and description. Very well equipped, we did not lack anything. There is no table for 4 people to eat "at the same level" inside but, we benefited from a mild weather that allowed us to take most of our meals on the terrace. Local shops are less than 5 minutes' walk from the rental, which is also perfectly located for visiting the region and some magnificent castles. The value for the money is great!

The apartment is a cozy little cocoon and in the center of Blois, the possibility to store bikes sheltered and dry in the entrance is a plus. Warm welcome from Cécile, we'll be back with pleasure.

Anne-Sophie's house is a wonderfully large house to stay in the Loire. The light in a beautiful quiet village, but there are more than enough food and drink options. The house was larger than we had expected and the spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking together. It is a real family home and that is also reflected in the personal items in the house. Kat Oreo is friendly and welcoming, but at the same time independent and not too affectionate. The communication with Anne-Sophie was perfect, quick responses, good tips and helpful. I would definitely recommend Anne-Sophie's house for a stay in the Loire!

Excellent stay, the apartment is very well located, with a place in the garage. You are in the center without parking problems, close to the zoo and next to a lot of points of interest. Soraya is very responsive to messages.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. Kids loved the room. The children's books are superb. In general, the house is practical for a family reunion. Estelle was readily available when needed. The house is as described, as shown in the photos and clean. I would recommend it in a second.

Our stay in Amboise was truly unforgettable, and Julie and Florent’s home made it even more special. Their recently renovated townhouse is full of charm, style, and comfort—beautifully designed across three levels with plenty of space to relax, plus a lovely private patio that felt like a quiet escape after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Amboise, just steps from everything: bakeries, wine and cheese shops, cafés, restaurants, and a market. We walked everywhere and loved being so immersed in the life of this charming Loire Valley town. It was also the perfect base for visiting nearby châteaux, vineyards, and other historic sites. Julie and Florent were exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming space. Their hospitality, along with the home and setting, helped make this one of our favorite travel experiences ever. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Spacious and well-equipped accommodation for 12 people and 1 infant. Close to the center of St-Aignan, shops and Beauval Zoo. The cottage is also well located for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley. The owner was very accommodating, very responsive and gave many tips.

Our stay at Casa del Loira was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. We are two couples who frequently travel together and wanted to use Amboise as a base for exploring the Loire Valley. Casa del Loira turned out to be the perfect place for our week-long stay. The apartment is large, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully furnished. As numerous visitors have pointed out, this is a home, not a rental apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a day of touring chateaux. We also want to acknowledge the help we received from Kim, the property manager. She was friendly, attentive, and responsive, and made us feel welcome. Her recommendations were much appreciated—on her advice, we were able to book reservations in advance at a couple of superb local restaurants.
