Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Gervais-la-Forêt

This accommodation is well located (city center accessible in 10min walk, bike path nearby, free street parking). It was also clean and functional (washing machine, air conditioning, basic amenities...). The environment is quiet and offers a nice view of the Loire! A few restaurants, supermarkets and bakery are available in the neighborhood. In short, a good base for visiting the castles of the Loire Valley!

I cannot recommend this home more. Arnaud was the most welcoming host, inviting us to dine with his family and learn about the history of the house. He was thoughtful and kind. I wish we’d had more time to talk! I know that we’ll be back. The weather was typical Loire spring (on and off rain, hot afternoons followed by cool evenings) and I’d love to come again and spend even longer here. I didn’t get enough of the gardens and walking along the property. It’s also so easy to get to anywhere you need to go for riding bikes or visiting cathedrals or chateaux. I can’t recommend it enough!

The studio is in an unbeatable area, the center is a few steps away and the Loire is next door. Very clean, comfortable studio with everything you need, good size except the bathroom which is a bit small. Parking next door, but I left my motorcycle in a paid underground parking lot for security

Celia personally waited for us, helped us get there and waited for us with a basket of coffee, tea, and jams. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, it is very well located, it is very comfortable, it is in an old building but inside it is completely remodeled new, it is impeccable, fully equipped and everything works. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom too. It is located under a very lively square with bars but for us it was not a problem at all. On the contrary, we found it charming and enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much Celia for all the attention. A pleasure to stay here. 10/10

We had a great one night stay recently at Fanny’s property. The apartment was larger than I expected, and filled with natural light. Fanny was a responsive communicator and the check in and out process was very smooth. It was also very helpful to have a washing machine to utilize during our road trip! Many thanks Fanny.

We absolutely loved our time at Stephanie’s. The accommodation is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable; great bed, great shower, lovely kitchen and a stunning view across the fields. Stephanie (and Oscar) made us so welcome and had brilliant suggestions to make the most of our time in the beautiful Loire Valley. Thank you Stephanie for a very special time. The apartment is conveniently located to visit Blois. The shops and the castle are within walking distance in a few minutes. Sandrine was very pleasant and very valuable with her advice. The apartment is as described and very quiet.

Perfectly matches the listing description. Everything is clean and pleasant for spending a night. Very easy to park in front of the building door. You can book without asking questions.

Excellent location. Really huge rooms — bigger than anticipated. Very quiet. The parking spot was very helpful in this surprisingly dense and bustling town.

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

Fabulous trip! We are so pleased with our choice to stay here - it was the perfect, cozy spot for me, my husband, and my mom & dad to explore Amboise. We could loll about drinking our coffee in the morning -- on the spacious patio or in the spacious living room -- and we LOVED being in a spot where we could walk to everything, as we didn't want to rent a car for our stay. It's not everyday that I walk outside and go, "Oh look, I'm RIGHT NEXT TO A CASTLE." Beautiful. The home is clean, well appointed, stocked with everything you need, and comfortable. Our only recommendation is to add a railing for the second flight of stairs up to the apartment, as my older parents (okay, and me!) would have benefited greatly from this. Hosts are responsive, friendly, clear, and informative. I would highly recommend this AirBnB for anyone coming to Amboise!

We spent 4 nights in Blois. One of the best ARBNB to date. Dominique and Patricia know how to welcome with extras such as a treat basket, leaflets for visits, etc. The comfort of the beds is excellent with a mattress topper and superior bedding. The terrace is so beautiful with views of the cathedral and the castle. We were so comfortable there that we had several meals at our accommodation. We can't find a better way. We came to Blois for four days to visit the castles of the Loire, the accommodation is very well located both to take the road and to eat in the city center. The apartment is super well-equipped and our hosts are full of little touches that made us feel at home. In addition, they are very responsive in the event of a problem. We enjoyed the apartment which was equipped with comforts. Great bathroom with good shower, fantastic large towels, treats were ready (bottle of wine, coffee cups, tea, cakes, etc) and the bedroom with the large and comfortable bed and great bedding was super. It is close to a nice village, we could walk with our dogs to the river (just cross the street, under the track and voila) and the apartment is very private. We could use the whole site (sunbeds, washing machine and dryer). On the day of arrival, excellent contact with MH and also with questions in between, she always responded very hospitably and quickly. Upon departure, another friendly message, so we felt very welcome. We would love to come back here again and can highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend, the apartment is right next to the festival of the gardens of chaumont sur loire. The jacuzzi and sauna allow a relaxing break. We can only recommend it.
