Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan

Very good stay in this apartment, which is nice and cool in hot weather. Communication with Lionel went well. I recommend it.

We had a lovely restful stay at Fabienne’s. Fabienne and her concierge Stephanie could not have been nicer or more helpful. The apartment is in the center of the town, very convenient for shopping or strolling by the river. The terrace was especially nice. We enjoyed having the space for sitting in the evening having an apéro and watching the swifts overhead. Thank you for sharing your apartment, Fabienne. It was perfect for us.

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Very well located accommodation with teenagers, beach close by with soccer cellar and net shutters, very livable for 4, bright and pleasant, all on foot, thank you to Myriam and Jenifer

Libourne is the most wonderful town, we stayed in the area for 10 days and only one night with Benjamin but would certainly stay again. The apartment is roomy , well located to everything central and beautifully appointed.. very comfortable. We would highly recommend Benjamin’s apartment if visiting Libourne

We had a pleasant stay at this place. Guillaume was extremely responsive , the accommodation is perfectly clean and renovated with great taste! Also, the visit to the winery was a very informative moment!

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

We spent over 2 months in this lovely stand-alone cottage which had everything for the perfect stay: comfortable clean rooms, large kitchen and bathroom, soothing decor, and wonderful surroundings. We enjoyed the beautiful Cognac vineyards, blossoming cherry trees, flowers everywhere and a refreshing pool. Watch the sunrise from upstairs and the moon rise from your front door (private entrance to the cottage). Thomas respects your privacy but is instantly responsive if needed. A peaceful escape in the countryside, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby towns. Highly recommend it!

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We loved James' place. It's a charming and interesting house in lovely surroundings, beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable and really well equipped. There is private parking right next to the house, and pretty outside spaces for sitting, eating or lounging outside. We received a very warm welcome and interesting local information from George and from James.

The gite is perfect, everything you need for an ideal stay, the swimming pool is a perfect size for a little one and also is you want to do a few lengths. The garden and barn is spectacular, the perfect space to escape from the heat and eat in a beautiful place. The hosts, Sue and Paul, are so accommodating and so very welcoming, it’s been the best stay and we did not want to go home!! We have already booked to come back, an amazing stay 👍👍👍👍

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!

My host was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied with it. She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable. The bedding is very good too. I would highly recommend. Thanks again to my host Zineb for his flexibility, kindness and recommendations.

Very nice residence! Quiet, even in the middle of August and very well placed to do some activities by the lake! The people at the reception were very kindly! We had a lovely stay with friends ☀️

A lovely place with plenty of room and a big pool.

Apartment ideally located, clean and well equipped. Very good bedding with a nice little outside. Small downside: lack of storage for clothes and groceries

We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!
