Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden sheltered from view. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The 8th arrondissement is also worth a visit, with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse, 10 minutes' walk away, with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Frères Lumières museum will also take you on a journey with breathtaking architecture. No need for a car to do everything from this accommodation. Mr. Kaïs always communicated with me in a friendly and concrete way, he answered my questions quickly and the accommodation was just like the photos that appeared on the page, bathroom and kitchen impeccable, incredible finishes in the interior of the house and everything tidy and beautiful, unfortunately we stayed one night but we want to return and stay in this accommodation (we are a family of 4).

His hospitality, good advice on Lyon, availability and the qualities of his apartment (cleanliness, amenities, proximity to transport...) allowed us to have a great weekend in Lyon. The underground parking space is a big advantage for the area. We would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment.

Simons apartment was perfect for our weekend stay with our son. Simon was very responsive & friendly. The apartment was nice, we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, no clutter, clean. Sunday (his cat) was the cherry on top.

We had a pleasant and excellent stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, many things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation... you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But apart from that, it was perfect Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

The accommodation is very beautiful, well-equipped and pleasant. Everything is planned, even the fans. It's very nice to arrive and have nothing to do (bed made, towels provided...). My daughter stayed there for 2 nights to be close to her exam center. Close to the subway, very nice neighborhood. Romain is a very friendly and responsive host. Recommended+++

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is fantastic and some of the features of the apartment are incredible- just look up at the wooden ceiling and chunky beams! Rami was very helpful with responding to questions. We would recommend this place for a stay in Lyon.

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

🌟 A perfect stay in Lyon! 🌟 I had a great stay at this ideally located Airbnb in Lyon. The apartment offers an absolutely magnificent view of the city. Very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated, you feel good right away. The neighborhood is perfectly located, with very good restaurants within walking distance and a pleasant atmosphere. Whether you're exploring the city or just relaxing, the location is really great. A big thank you to the hosts, very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer my questions and make sure everything goes well. I would recommend it without so much so as to be happy to come back!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.
