I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

Very pleasant stay with friends in Jean-Pierre's house with a flexible arrival and a warm welcome from Chrystelle. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the view of the mountains when you bathe or when you enjoy the terrace is great. We enjoyed the surroundings and the house, see you soon maybe! :)

We had a lovely week here. Although the accommodation is attached to the house it was very private and quiet. The view is beautiful with only a couple of far away houses amongst a sea of trees and green. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The pool and outside space is wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

Charming typical Basque country house. Small garden and very pleasant terrace. The house is well-equipped and is only a 10-minute walk from the center of St Jean Pied de Port. Margot is very responsive and helpful. Very good stay.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Sophie was waiting for us, welcomed us warmly with delicious Basque cake and explanations about the house and some cultural facts about the Basque language, restaurants, markets and sights. Our home is an ideal place for those who love peace and nature and enjoy hiking. Places such as the Rhune, Bayonne, Biarritz, even San Sebastián are all easily accessible by car and, if desired, partly by public transport. The house is very quietly located at the end of a side road where no traffic passes; it is located at a height so you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Comfort as described on the site is present.

Very beautiful house with Basque colors, ideal for a large family. Well laid out and comfortable with all the necessities for large families (large living rooms, large equipped kitchen). Several arrangements outside allow you to vary the pleasures (poolside, near plancha, near kitchen). Everything is within walking distance of this charming village of Espelette. We park in the path to the house, it's very convenient. We were welcomed by Matteo, a very friendly young man and available during the stay. The owners were also very responsive and pleasant during our interactions. We will definitely come back and recommend this place without hesitation. Thanks Sharon. Thanks Matteo.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. We had a great time at Xavier's house which is very nice, modern and design, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal for shining in the area and is close to the beach and shops. We recommend 100%

This is one of the best places we ever stayed. Amazing nature around, brand new modern house, lovely hosts. Enjoyed every dinner and breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

We had a great stay with Hélène and her husband. Their house is quiet, peaceful and really beautiful. The welcome was warm, the interaction with them was very pleasant, and everything was perfectly clean and neat. Thank you so much for this great experience, we'll be happy to come back.
