Second year in the row we come to this home away from home. A perfect spot to take in the healing atmosphere of Provence. Easy driving distance to Aix, Avignon, Marseilles, Cassis, the calanques, the wineries of Luberon and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, yet far enough from the bustle to unwind in the pool and the sunset-facing terrace

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. I cannot stress enough how perfect everything was about this listing. Antoine was so nice and helpful. Very quick to respond to messages. He gave me a big list of recommendations for places to go and where to eat. His daughters were adorable and very friendly and welcoming to my son. The town of Eguilles was beautiful and quiet and had everything you could need (Boulangerie, grocery store, laundromat). I am so glad we decided to stay in Eguilles instead of Aix-En-Provence which we found difficult to navigate and park. It was such a great central location for all of our day trips- Cassis, Arles, Moustiers etc. My biggest regret is not booking a longer stay. I loved Provence and can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend staying here.

michel's apartment is ideally located for visiting Aix en Provence, 10 minutes walk from several tourist places and the city center...his apartment is a haven of peace, decorated with great taste,a green and intimate terrace. Everything was well thought out in the layout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the bathroom to the very comfortable bedding...a pleasure to rest after wandering through the streets of Aix ... and finally a host, Michel,very considerate, very kind. For a charming and relaxing vacation, this is the ideal place... thank you again

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Michel is very responsive and flexible. Very good communication. Very clean accommodation and very comfortable bedding. Nothing else to say. The Nouailles district is very noisy and lively (inquire before booking), but very central location and close to everything (restaurant, old port, train station etc.). Attention - 5th floor without elevator access.

We found a quiet and comfortable place to enjoy after our day of sightseeing. The town, although not mentioned in travel accounts, is very pleasant, with beautiful views from the front of the town hall building. And with those little streets that invite you to stroll, admiring the neighbors' flowers. The hosts facilitate their personal subscription to streaming channels, which we super use.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

Centrally located accommodation with beautiful roof terrace. The view is beautiful. The air conditioning in summer is worth its weight in gold. Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Laurence for her welcome, her very well-equipped accommodation (commechez soi), spacious with private and quiet garden. Beautiful birdsong and no disturbing barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

Very nice studio, well equipped, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, the self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, which is appreciated. We recommend this accommodation, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

Nice, fresh and bright accommodation. The sofa bed was good. Protected patio. The proximity to the train station was excellent.

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance of the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful bathing opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and an extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functioning apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calmness gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to the hotel.
