excellent welcome, the owners very friendly, very attentive to the tenants, respond directly to our text messages, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you will not be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very well equipped, very well decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the indications for a smooth arrival. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

Ideally located accommodation with all the comforts expected and very well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony terrace. Close to the center, shops, the beach and the GR. We were 4 adults. Beautiful place!

Great stay, Jean-François was very welcoming and available. The place exactly matches the listing, great lake view that allows for a nice walk. I recommend it!

Very nice appartement at the central street (with sight to the ocean). Although at the street, the night was quiet and relaxing. We could leave our bikes securely in the backyard (which needs a bit of a makeover).

We had a fantastic time at Erquy. It is a lovely seaside town. We were only there a week but could have stayed longer. Nice walks along the beach. Easily accessible restaurants and shops. ISA is really nice and very helpful it felt like staying at a friend’s place. The Studio apartment was just perfect for us light airy with great patio garden for relaxing and alfresco meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommended it for 2 people. Would definitely return .

We had a very pleasant stay in Arnaud's beautiful apartment: Functional, bright and perfectly located to discover this pretty little seaside town. The must-see is the large terrace and its sea view, not to mention the Admiralty garden just below. Thank you to Arnaud for his kindness and his little attentions. We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Very nice apartment!! Very bright! Very clean! Great shower! Very good bedding and ambient light TV! Small balcony but very appreciable with the table and 2 chairs! The garage is a plus for unloading the car with elevator!! Very quiet residence!

We had a great week in Régine and Philippe's studio. Great welcome and small attentions on our arrival. The studio is very nicely decorated, functional, well-equipped and ideally located (bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) We really enjoyed the small meals on the terrace overlooking the sea and the breathtaking sunrises. We discovered Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and we loved it!

Nice little modern studio ideal for 2 people, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and with the necessary to do the dishes and other (toilet paper, garbage bag, sponges, product for the washing machine...). Flexible check-in time and very good welcome. Arrived with an Australian Shepherd dog, as discussed at the time of booking, it was no problem. The location is ideal, right next to the beautiful beach and local shops. The city is well located to visit the different spots of the Emerald Coast. Be careful though, the street is busy, you can hear the cars passing by from the apartment and it is quite difficult to get 4G (SFR network) from inside the accommodation.

Apartment met our expectations. Impeccable bedding. Appreciable heated pool, especially when you have children. Only small downside, the distance between the accommodation and the parking lot + the fact of having only one space per rental. Otherwise everything is perfect! We will probably come back.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

I had a great stay with my 2 young children. Impeccable apartment, very nice and very well located, close to the sea, restaurants, supermarket... Easy to access with parking space right next door. We were even able to eat outside on the small terrace. Pleasant host and good communication. I highly recommend. My children and I really enjoyed it. Nice site nearby: Fort la latte, cap frehel...
