Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint-Brieuc

Binic is our second home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

We spent four days in Caroline's very nice studio! The view of the beach is very relaxing, easy access to the beach because it's at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

The studio had everything you might need. The view is awesome. The village is cozy, all amenities are available with nice shops, restaurants and terraces. Nearby is a lot to see.

We had a great stay with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for a drink and a snack. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station by city bus. You can also reach Martin Plage on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still have to bring sports shoes, but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area less than 10 minutes' walk away offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

As already indicated to Caroline and Géraud, I had an excellent stay at Les Rosaires, which I know very well. Their accommodation is identical to the images in the listing. Everything is clean, beautiful and delicately decorated, the dishes are pretty, with delicate glass, nothing is missing to spend an unforgettable time, and there are very appreciable details such as the book of the history of the Rosaries and the almanac of the tides of the Zone de Plérin. It's great, thank you to Caroline and Géraud, and especially see you very soon, not in summer because it's unfortunately above my budget 😉

In short: our most beautiful and impressive Airbnb apartment to date! The great pictures of the ad give the real impression of standing in this bright, friendly, tastefully furnished apartment and having the incredible panoramic view of the sea, the coast and the many islands in front of you, not really again - in real life it's much more beautiful. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, the spacious kitchen and the compact but beautiful bathroom (looking at the sea through the porthole while showering is awesome) are great. We also slept very well, it is very quiet, only the sound of the sea and seagulls... As you might guess from reading, we were thrilled and will definitely come back - and this time for longer! Oh yes, the contact with the concierge team was great, totally nice, always quickly accessible and helpful... we really enjoyed the beautiful time.

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

The cottage is an idyllic place where you can let yourself be carried away by the waves. A peaceful place, where you can enjoy the beach as if it were private. Our dog and we were delighted to live in this environment. For dog owners, find out when dogs are not allowed on the beach. There are many things in the house to make you feel good. Please note that the shower is narrow, which can be inconvenient for people who need a large shower. Also, for added comfort, you can plan to bring a pair of shoes specifically for indoor use. Small suggested improvement: the replacement of the double mattress that is sagging. The self check-in is very convenient and the managers are very available to answer our questions. It feels like a family home. A true haven of peace. I recommend it for a total disconnection and to refocus on the present moment. We hope to be able to come back.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

Bénédicte’s place has all you need for short or longer stays. It is close to a Grand Route. We walked a lot on this trip. Directly from the house or at another start point. This area’s sea borders are stunning.

We had a pleasant stay. Gite located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, close to Erquy and Pleneuf Val André, Lamballe... We were able to visit a mussel farm (mussel farming) that we really liked (contact the iodized basket for more information). Jean-Claude is a very considerate and responsive host.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). I spent two weeks in this great house in a fantastic location. The house has every comfort and was very clean and well maintained when I arrived. The check in worked without any problems and Fanny was always helpful and friendly. The view from the house to the sea is simply fantastic. The well-kept garden invites you to relax. We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy Pleneuf. Once the car is parked, we can do everything on foot, everything is 2 steps away, a real joy! A sublime view from the balcony. The accommodation has all the basic necessities, it's really very nice. Sylvie was very available. The self check-in is a real plus. Recommended!!
