For this new stay in the Caribbean, it was by far the best. Amelie is attentive, always available and has great advice. A native of the island, she knows and guides your research of all kinds. The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

We just spent about a week at Ludo’s villa and couldn’t have been happier. Views are incredible, villa is better in person than photos, location is wonderful-close to beaches and St Jean. There is a small supermarket that has all the necessities one may need, a wonderful bakery and an array of restaurants to choose from - all minutes from the villa. Pool is always warm and gets a lot of sun from morning and until late afternoon. Villa is equipped with anything one may need and Ludo is a very responsive and helpful host and always with a smile! Highly recommend!

It was a great time spending at the villa.

The house was super spacious and very private. We were a bit hesitant because there wasn't a view, but to have a big yard, open concept indoor/outdoor living and a big pool, we were very happy and it was very close to our favorite restaurant in St. Barts. Tamirin. It was a very nice stay and this truly is an AirBnB int hat a family does live here. It is not a full time vacatin rental, so the quality of construction really shows that care was put into the building. Our only hesitation in recommending this AirBnB is that there is construction on housing across the street, but they are building really fast, so there shouldn't be any noise after construction is completed.

This was our second visit to Villa Les Basses. We just love this place! It is exactly like the pictures! The location in L'Orient is perfect. It's about a 30 second walk to Le Petite Columbe, a wonderful little bakery. It is also within walking distance to 2 markets and a few casual restaurants. Our favorite was Le Bouchon. Communications with Wimco were easy and Cam was very helpful with arrival, departure and reservations. We are already looking forward to our return!

The Villa Palm is one of the most well designed villa's that we rented on St Barts. It comes nicely appointed with spacious rooms including the central living space that is open to the outside. It also has a lovely area for dining alfresco. The heated pool is perfect in proportion with a comfortable saltwater temperature making it very inviting. One thing visitors should avoid is renting low profile cars like the Audi, BMW or Mini Cooper convertible's as the driveway has a hump that will hit the bottom of the vehicle however the generous garage below the villa made up for this. While we were there and it could have been because of the heavy rain the week before we had to contact the villa agent to arrange a spray for the mosquitoes which they did immediately, it helped and also while we were visiting the last week in January 2020 there was construction next door (which we were informed when we booked) so while it was not an issue for us there will soon be a new villa in front of the Villa Palm that might take some of the view and privacy. Check on this with your booking agent so you are not surprised. Big thank you to the owners for taking care of absolutely everything...We loved our time at the Villa Palm!

I loved staying at Villa Alexi, I felt right at home. The villa was spacious, clean, walk able to hotels, markets, beaches. Ample space for parking our rental car. And I loved all the windows and infinity pool! 10 out of 10. Byron was am amazing host, I hope to come back!

He welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. One highlight was the thoughtfully curated guest book, filled with insider tips and spot-on recommendations that made planning effortless. Michael also provided key reservation links and apps, making bookings a breeze. The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Would give this villa more than 5 stars if possible! Beautiful home and surroundings; very clean. Wonderful sea breeze keeps it cool and pleasant. Although there are actually quite a lot of houses around, I was amazed at how completely private it felt. Clément was an excellent host! Very responsive and available if we needed him, but did not hover. He was so kind to give us recommendations for sights and activities and he stocked our fridge with food and drinks prior to our arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The daily housekeeping was a plus too that I did not expect. Rent this villa! You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay at Villa Bonheur. It was beautifully laid out and decorated. Konstantinos was also the best concierge we’ve had on St Barths!

We had a lovely stay. The view is fantastic and the service was incredible. The host helped us with luggage to and from the airport, restaurant reservations and rental car arrangement, daily housekeeping. Could not ask for more.

Wow! The photos do not do this place justice! It was perfect in every way! The concierge service was outstanding! The villa is about a 15 minute drive from Gustavia. It is close to a hiking trail to visit the natural pools. The cleaning service was great! The fridge stopped working and it was replaced in less than 12 hours. Absolutely no complaints, would do this trip 100x over! Thank you!

Jean and Merete were wonderful hosts and they have made a really special hide away with very pretty ,natural looking pale blue ST Barths style ,with a four poster bed and terra cotta tiles everywhere. It is quite windy but has a stunning view . It’s certainly something memorable! We loved it !

We cannot say enough great things about this villa! The location is perfect – on a quiet side of the island, with access to two great hiking spots (the natural ponds and a path past Le Toiny). The staff were so attentive and accommodating, picking us up from the airport to ensure a smooth check-in. They provided a map of the island, which was so useful, gave great recommendations, and even gifted us a little lunch and dessert platter, a bottle of wine, and a little canvas bag. The villa was decorated so beautifully – many elements were updated more than the pictures on the listing showed. Overall, it was such a great experience and if/when we come back to St. Barts, we will definitely utilize Corcoran again!
