Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Barthélemy

This is my fourth stay and I went alone this time. Beautiful as always and the there was a fireworks display the last night that I had a perfect view of it over the water. I can’t say enough great things about this apartment. Walkable to shops and St. Jean beach.

Axel was an angel. Whenever we didn't understand or couldn't , he just literally popped right over with HELPFUL attitude. I do wish they had snorkeling board .. because I am not a great swimmer so I prefer to have a small board to hold onto when I snorkel. Maybe he did have it and I couldn't find it.

We absolutely loved our stay. The details really stood out here and made our stay exceptional. Wonderful linens and everything was so comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was lovely and a nice place for a quick dip in the evening. The location of this place was ideal for us and was close to everything and peaceful. The view was wonderful for relaxing out in the porch!

Villa Ride is an absolute dream! Alan's place is stunning, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We adored the amazing views, beautiful decor, pool, ac, fully equipped kitchen and bbq, and comfy beds. Plus, it's super convenient, less than 10 minutes from Gustavia and St. Jean, and centrally located to other areas and beaches. We have visited St. Barths for the past few years and this was a standout. Zero complaints, 100% recommend! We'll be back!

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

Perfect spot to spend the week. House was beautiful, heated pool was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house has a lot of privacy a bit higher up. It is very quiet on a dead end street. It is very close to Gustavia (8 minute drive), plage de Corossol, de Flamand or de Colombier. The house manager Sebastien, was extremely nice and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Suzanne’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The separate bedrooms for our kids were a hit. The location is great…about 5 mins to St Jean and Gustavia. Clement was super helpful in taking care of our reservations and creating an awesome itinerary for us. All in all, we highly recommend Villa Jali.

The house was super spacious and very private. We were a bit hesitant because there wasn't a view, but to have a big yard, open concept indoor/outdoor living and a big pool, we were very happy and it was very close to our favorite restaurant in St. Barts. Tamirin. It was a very nice stay and this truly is an AirBnB int hat a family does live here. It is not a full time vacatin rental, so the quality of construction really shows that care was put into the building. Our only hesitation in recommending this AirBnB is that there is construction on housing across the street, but they are building really fast, so there shouldn't be any noise after construction is completed.

Ludo was one of the greatest hosts I’ve ever had. He was very polite, accommodating and a great resource for things to do around the island. The villa could not have been more perfect. The amenities, view and services were above and beyond. I will definitely come back!

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Villa Pleasure was nothing short of amazing! As beautiful as all of St. Barths is, we found it difficult to leave the property and the incredible infinity pool. Location is perfect, only a couple minutes from the airport and Gustavia. Highly recommend Villa Pleasure!

Spectacular views from this villa and open layout of the villa allows for a relaxing and clutter-free mindset for your vacation. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and his assistant Chloe drove with us to get to the villa--she was very helpful!! Also, Alexandrina helped us with anything regarding cleaning of the villa. All was very clean and perfect for a 5 star Villa TIWA!!

We stayed at Villa Teora and it was spectacular! The view was best thing to wake up to every morning. Sparkling clean pool, everything you needed to make a meal at home and the housekeeping was on point. Steep hill going up the property, but nothing even a Mini Cooper can’t climb. Bring bug spray and most importantly a nice bottle of wine to enjoy the great views of Marigot Bay. Can’t wait to return

We had the most magical stay at Janice’s beautiful home. She was incredibly accommodating with local recommendations and met us after a long day of travel to show us around her home. It was even more beautiful in person and perfect for our family of four. The house was spotless and everything was easy to find and easy to use. It was also a great location with a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean and a beautiful view of St. Barts. Her home was spacious and comfortable, incredibly clean, and it had all the amenities we could hope for. It’s close to the bakery and grocery store and several of our favorite beaches and restaurants. We had the best trip and hope to one day return!

A terrific value, great hospitality, excellent service, great property and location.
