Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint Barthélemy

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. We had a great stay with the family , the accommodation was near the sea so ideal for a short swim especially for children. Quiet village. The arrival of filipa for daily cleaning is much appreciated. I recommend it 1000%

The place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent: close to everything, from stunning beaches to bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. We were able to get around easily on foot or by car without any hassle. The property was spotless, very well equipped, and had luxurious touches that really made a difference. The host, Marie Charlotte, was kind and attentive from the very beginning. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and charming place to stay in St. Bart’s, this is the perfect spot. Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This was a great place to stay! Isabelle was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The place is in a great location and was exactly like in the photos. Excellent all around!

This is a great spot for a couple. If you have been to St. Bart's before and don't know Anse des Cayes, it is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to Gutavia and St. Jean, without the traffic associated with larger hotels. The beach below the villa is great for a walk. There is a small grocery shop, and the Manapany will provide an excellent meal. The house itself is perfect - though the bath with no door means you had better know your roommate well. The small outdoor kitchen is very well equipped, though we didn't use it. The living and dining space - also outside - are protected (from the sun and insects) with stout screens....we didn't use them either. Nice small, shallow pool - un heated, but refreshing. Very private hillside villa. Highly recommend this spot.

We had a great stay at Patricia's house. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location right by the beach and close to shopping opportunities. The next time we go to Saint Barth, we will definitely book Patricia's house again😍 huge recommendation from us, family of 4.

Very nice accommodation, beautifully decorated and very well located...about 50 m from the beach. In addition, we can park the car in the small garden sheltered behind the gate. Communication with Jonas very easy and friendly…2 Carib beers in the fridge were waiting for us on arrival😀. We'll go back in a second.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in St. Barths. The view was breathtaking and our son loved the pool. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Gustavia and about 8 minutes to be popular beach clubs. It was everything we needed with lots of space. Elodie was the perfect host!

Catherine’s place was great. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for a week stay or more. She was very responsive and easy to work with. It can get a bit loud at night but any place downtown Gustavia facing the street may be. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for sharing your place in St Barth’s with us!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!

Peters place was a gem. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Can’t say enough about the place. Truly a magical location and top notch service!

This place is better than the pictures and the parking space included is key if you rent a car. Close to everything and I would return
