Our family of four stayed at Alex’s place very comfortably. We enjoyed the beach in the mornings and the pool in the evenings. The house had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. The location worked out perfect for us.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

This was our second year staying here and we loved it. Extremely clean, responsive host, and close to everything. We will be staying again next year!

This was a PERFECT place to stay for the weekend! We were able to walk or take a quick Uber anywhere we wanted to go. There was so much to see and do and explore. When we wanted to relax the pool, video games (I won!) and especially the rocking chairs in the front porch gave us room to spread out and relax. This is an amazing place and absolutely perfect down to the last detail.

Our family loved staying at the house and we felt like we were at home. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing in the pool with all of the floaties and pool toys, we even made smores at the fire pit, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our favorite family meals. We had a really nice time!

To start, this was my first time renting an AirBnB & I was a little nervous considering some horror stories I have read of other peoples experiences. Suffice to say that my experience was not in any way shape a bad one. Naya was extremely easy to communicate with and put my mind at ease. The house was immaculate and exactly as the photos described, if not better. The house was very spacious, including all the bedrooms and especially the master bedroom and master bathroom. We had all the amenities as described online. The location is perfect if you're going to the beach, just a few miles away. The house is located off a main street that has all the grocery stores and many restaurants around. If we wouldn't have been traveling around to visit family we would have been very comfortable at the house for the whole week with so much to do and visit around us. Downtown St. Augustine is just a few miles away as well and streets are very easy to drive and get around. Perfect host & home!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Stay was very relaxing easy access to the beach close proximity to all amenities! would recommend.

We loved the stay at Bryon’s Airbnb! Bryon was very responsive and kind. It was clean inside, smelled nice, and the AC was working well. The location was also great. I would come back if I was visiting St. Augustine again!

The home was perfect for our large family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the common area was large enough for plenty of entertaining. The location was amazing as we explored many parts of St. Augustine with ease. We would absolutely recommend this home. Thanks Jeff.

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

Quiet neighborhood that was drivable to everything we did in St Augustine. Shore Dr along the Mantanzas River was a great street for walking or taking a bike ride in mornings / evenings. The house was comfortable and free of clutter to help us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked for making our own meals.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy walk to the amphitheater with crossing guards assisting with crossing the highway. Short drive to the beach and also St. Augustine itself. We opted to uber to St. Augustine which was only about 12 dollars instead of dealing with parking and parking fees. Would definitely stay again! Had no problems with the shower as mentioned in other reviews.

The house was beautiful inside and newly renovated. Plenty of beds to sleep in and an amazing master shower. It was about 15 minutes or so to downtown or the beach.

We bought a home in the area and needed someplace to stay while getting the home prepped for moving in. Monica's home was the perfect place to get a good night's sleep after long hard days. It met our needs perfectly! My only regret is that we were not there for pleasure, it would have been a great place to relax.

Went for my husbands birthday and have 7 guest which included two kids. It was very clean and spacious, and the beautiful backyard was perfect for the birthday dinner. The host was more than helpful by having toys and a pack and play on hand. Highly recommend.

The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s tucked just outside the hustle and bustle, offering peace and quiet, but still close enough to walk into town easily. My place had everything I needed, with plenty of amenities and conveniences that made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely view over the marina—perfect to wake up to or unwind with in the evening. I’d happily stay here again!

I don't have enough space to write all I want to write. Lisa is amazing! She exceeded every expectation from even before I booked my stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and has everything you need and then some. She though through what a guest could want and need throughout their entire stay. The house is quiet, comfortable, and feels like being at home. The neighborhood is perfect, and location is everything. I loved waking and falling asleep to the sounds of nature for 15 days. There wasn't a time when I messaged Lisa to ask something, and she didn't reply almost immediately. She went so far above and beyond for myself and my family. It was critical to get this trip right for very personal reasons, and I was not disappointed. I'll definitely stay here again, and encourage everyone else to do so. My background is Hospitality Management, and Lisa delivered on excellence and guest satisfaction! Thank you for EVERYTHING!! 🧡🫶🏻🧡

Amazing place to stay in our favorite was the pool kitchen and living room and the location being only 10 minutes away from the beach. it was great communicating with David and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here with their families for their trips:)

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient to both downtown and the beach, but also felt secluded and private. We enjoyed the heated pool. The kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for families.

The property was top notch! Extremely clean & comfortable / lots of room & relaxing! It was a short driving distance to whatever you might want to do. Host had lots of local recommendations which was super insightful & appreciated!

the place was SO comfy. we all felt right at home . the home is very clean & so roomy . we had two fur babies who loved the yard ! we would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts did a great job explaining the location and layout and the proximity to the train. We went for a little get away, and our kids actually loved hearing and seeing the train! It only went by 3ish times a day and didn’t last too long. The location was perfect to pop over to downtown St Augustine and the beaches. We would definitely return.
