Il est situé plein sud avec un grand balcon et surtout à 1,5 km des gares .. 5 Minutes à pied du tram ( 3 arrêts des gares ) ainsi que des petits commerces 2 00 m. Je précise que mon appartement est fumeur et j’habite dans cet appartement donc il y a toutes mes affaires qui y sont . je laisse bien évidemment de la place dans le frigo. l’appartement a bien vécu mais il est très chaleureux avec l’avantage d’être dans une résidence calme . Au plaisir 😊
