Holiday rentals with a kayak in Saint Albans Town

We are a family of 6 and two dogs. The house was perfect. We all had a place of our own to sleep. 2 1/2 bathrooms was so helpful! The house is really nice and has the most beautiful view of the trees and mountains! It was very relaxing to sit on the deck. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets. Everything was very clean. Obviously you have to bring your own food and toiletries but plenty of spices, pots/pans cups, silverware in kitchen. The host was great and responded quickly to my questions. Parker pie is a great place for pizza and hill farmstead brewery also great to check out. If I ever go to this area again I would definitely want this house as it really was wonderful!

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

We loved our stay. It was beautiful and we loved being right by the lake as well as the sauna, fire pit, and outdoor seating. The house was cozy and the little kids toy closet was such a cute touch. We had an amazing time on our family vacation and would definitely recommend this rental. Ash was also so communicative and ready to help if we ever needed anything. So thankful!

We loved our stay at Caitlin’s lake house in Alburgh. The views of Lake Champlain were amazing. Great sunset viewing every night. Comfortable living space & beds. Lots of space. Amazing “breakfast nook” in kitchen. The dock & outdoor furniture were so nice! We spent almost 2 full weeks here & definitely recommend this quiet lakefront house to others. We were in the area to explore all of the Vermont/Federal land & wildlife areas. Hiking, swimming, birding, hunting, fishing, all are at your fingertips or close by. Alburgh is a nice small town and was a great home-base for our explorations.

Beautiful cabin in the woods that isn’t too far from anything but feels isolated just the same. Terrific base of operations to access many trailheads, Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Restful and low maintenance stay. We would recommend and visit again.

Very clean and cozy cottage. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and peaceful surroundings. It was a great home base for exploring nearby attractions (we enjoyed Sutton, Douglass Beach in Knowlton, driving the Route des Vines, and visiting the Granby Zoo and Montreal Biodome with our toddler). We appreciated the family-friendly features such as the high chair, baby plates and utensils, and baby gates which gave us peace of mind as the cottage spans two floors. Fanny also was very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb on the lake. Had a blast kayaking until sunset, also checking out a Spa an hour away. We loved our stay. Very clean airbnb, comfortable bed, relaxing chairs both inside and out by the water. It would be an easy choice to stay here again in the future.

Perfect home base for a peaceful ADK getaway. Lots to do in close proximity to cottage. The place was great. Very quiet. Coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a great was to start every day, and a cold one by the fire was a great way to end each day. Would definitely stay again.

This was our family’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing as the 1st. The cabin is super clean, the kitchen is packed with more than you’ll ever need to prepare meals, the back porch views are totally so worth the 10+ hour drive. We absolutely love this place. Thank you, Beebee Farm, for helping to make some of our family’s most cherished memories! We hope to return soon!

We can’t thank Lisa enough for sharing her home with us, even though our stay was fairly short. Lisa was a very gracious host, very responsive, and very friendly. The cottage (and backyard) looks like it’s from a postcard - very picturesque. The surroundings are extremely calm and relaxing. The entire home was well equipped with everything we needed (cleaning supplies, condiments, towels, kitchen utensils etc.) and very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows even better. Also, having the pool clean and the water nice and warm was the cherry on top! We look forward to visiting Lisa’s home again, and fully take in what the area has to offer. Thank you very much Lisa!

The house is very cute and the beach access is amazing. The hose is nice, gave clear instructions. This is located close to Burlington and offers plenty of things to do when away :)

Nice little camp and very close to boat launch!!

The cabin was just what we needed. It was close to skiing and loved the bunk beds for my two kids. The bathroom was a little small but worked great for the few days we were there. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would love to check this place out when we can use the lake. :)

We stayed at Le Shac for 4 nights, we were 4 adults and a 13-month old. We found it pretty comfortable for all of us. The place was baby friendly, with an easy to use barrier for the stairs and no dangerous furniture. Patricia even managed to find us a high chair to use! The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The area was great to explore, there is so much at a distance of a 15-20 minute car ride! We hope to come back soon :)

Darren is a great host, and this is a great place! He had plenty of great recommendations in the area, so we always had something to do. The lake itself is super pretty and very tranquil. Would highly recommend!

Great place. Three of us went for a few day fishing trip and it was perfect. Great dock space and cottage is clean and comfortable

This was the perfect getaway for us looking to unplug! We did lots of hiking and kayaking, and having a beautiful view of the sunsets was a great ending to each day.
