Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Château de la Pervenchère: Marin gîte

Combining charm and authenticity, in a quiet location, surrounded by green spaces and large meadows lined with bridle paths, the Château de la Pervenchère is located just 30 minutes from Nantes and a few minutes from Sucé-sur-Erdre. Enjoy the banks of the Erdre, numerous hiking trails, and the La Vélodyssée and La Régalante bike routes. It is suitable for your stopovers or leisure or business stays. Private parking at the back of the castle.

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

Gîte La Perrière

Une parenthèse à la campagne, proche du canal de Nantes à Brest (15 mn à pieds et 5 mn à vélos) et de la Vélodyssée. Nous sommes situé à 35 mn en voiture de Nantes et 40 mn de la mer. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter à la fois de la campagne, la forêt, la mer et d'une grande métropole en venant séjourner dans notre gîte que nous avons voulu cocooning ! Le gîte est équipé d'une boîte à clés en cas d'arrivée tardive.

There's also a sofa bed in the living room. 7 km from the Canal de Nantes à Brest, 20 km from Nantes and 50 km from the beaches

Small corner of nature by the water, you can enjoy the terrace to relax, with its magnificent view of the pond. The house has a private bedroom, also an extra sofa bed for two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A pleasant setting for a moment of connection to nature.
