Charming little townhouse close to forest and beach. The house is located in Sæby's old cozy district with only a 5-minute walk to Sæby square. The house is located in a beautiful old garden with a cozy courtyard environment and access from the garden to the fishermen's trail that leads directly to the harbor and the most beautiful beach. The house is 50 m2 with two sleeping places on a large loft in single beds (unsuitable for those with walking difficulties) as well as two sleeping places in the living room on a sofa bed. Max. 2 adults and possibly two children BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

With a sofa bed, there is the possibility of up to 4 sleeping places in the apartment. There is also a private parking space attached to the apartment.

Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

Nyd et skønt ophold i en moderniseret herskabslejlighed i hjertet af Frederikshavn. Her vil du bo i super smukke og rolige omgivelser med en vidunderlig havudsigt mod øst og fuglekvidder fra vest. Likewise, a few meters to the cozy harbor with lovely restaurants. Sæby's cozy center with several weekly music events in the summer is 500 m away. The house is best suited for 2 people. Bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels. You must clean YOURSELF on departure (cleaning items are available) - or pay DKK 500 for this.
